  1. Not sure about the best scene but the best acted one was definitely Mama McCall breaking down over Scott's death. That still gets me right in the heart.

  2. I can't got for one, there was so many awesome scene, firmly Mama McCall deserves praise, brilliant performance.

    Special Mentions:
I really liked the dream sequence between Malia and Stiles.

Finding out Lydia's grandmother was alive was cool, and the mountain ash.

Derek and Braeden, I liked that scene, I'm hoping that continues :)

  3. why didn't you put stiles and malia spooning in bed

  4. I have the opposite problem. Last week where there were so many awesome scenes to pick from. For me there is no one scene in this episode that even comes close to the top 5 of the last one. I'm leaning towards DreamScott killing Liam though.

Best Scene has to be at the beginning when Malia and Stiles are in bed but it turns out Stiles was dreaming.

  6. That was a good scene, I agree last week was definitely awesome, much harder to pick. This episode was really intense though for me, probably because of Mama McCall performance, I didn't realize she was in on the plan, she's too awesome :)
Mama McCall is the one I voted for, but I liked the 3 others too, they were enjoyable.

  7. Surprised the spooning scene isn't listed. It was pretty well done. But Mama McCall or Peter and Malia wins.

  8. I voted Other because I liked more than one scene equally, and there's one that I think was misinterpreted. "Kira and Liam take on a berserker and lose" didn't happen that way. If it did, they both would have died before Kate had the chance to get the berserker away from them. Kira came back to find out about her mother, and then Liam showed up a little bit later in the elevator alive. I am loving Liam's character right now because I'm pretty sure he can take a berserker. He's got rage, but he uses it just like Satomi. He's a beta with the strength of an alpha, possibly because he was tougher and more focused than Scott before becoming a werewolf. I don't foresee any fighting between them, though.

Has anyone else noticed that Julie Plec, creator of the shows The Vampire Diaries and The Originals, might have named a new character on each show after Teen Wolf characters? TVD started filming a couple of weeks ago with a new character named Liam, and The Originals recently filmed its fourth episode with a new character named Aiden, possibly because Daniel Sharman (Isaac) was cast for a role in The Originals recently. I'm not sure how people feel about any of this. I don't have it in me to be bothered by it. I see it as evidence that Teen Wolf is a show worth flattering. I'm a big fan of TVD, but I can't watch The Originals because it triggers flashbacks to domestic violence in my childhood.

Anyway...Mama McCall's performance was epic, and they're right on Facebook about her deserving an Oscar for that. I was also very interested in Malia's conversation with Peter, but I'm more interested in the identity of her father than her mother. Is there something I missed? Exactly how old is Peter? I confess I wasn't able to watch all of the past episodes when I was catching up on this show. "Argent and Kate have a Mexican standoff" was pretty cool too. Peter obviously wants Scott alive so he can drain power from him. Derek and Braeden are boring to me, but I'm always interested in dreams and interpreting them, so naturally I was pleasantly surprised that we got to see Scott's coma dreams. Did I mention that I love how far this show goes to entertain?

  9. I loved the spooning scene too. It was heartbreaking when it turned out to be just a dream.

  10. I made it 8 episodes.

I picked "Other" because I have two favorites and I picked both of them. :-D

Stiles and Argent telling the Benefactor that he has killed Scott.
    &
Derek and Braedon flirting during weapons training.

(btw...typo alert. Argent & Kate's stand off lasts until *he* (Argent) confirms Scott's alive. )

Scotts nightmares were well done but the implications disturbed me a little to much to call it a favortie.

    Two asides:

    * my best friend had a suggestion for a bingo square "Someone lies on the hospital corridor floor, bleeding."

    * I discovered something cool about the direct links to the bingo card. You can click on a square, in the web browser, and they change color. Are those links still available? If it's no trouble could you include those? If not it's not a big deal I just thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.

  11. I figured Mama McCall would have been on it...though I was yelling "you better have told her" at the screen while she was screaming. No good kid would do that to their parents and Scott's a good kid.

  12. Me too, she did such a great job I just forget for a second :)
    Completely agree.

  13. I have to face palm myself when scenes like that turn out to be the favorite scene of the week...

  14. Malia and Stiles spooning, hands down.

  15. Where do I begin...I just loved that entire episode so so much!

I had several favourites but Scott killing Liam was definitely the best one for me.

Other ones I really liked are:
    - Mama McCall freaks out when Liam's dad tells her Scott is dead (surprised that's at the top)
-Liam & Kira are nervous about the plan, Scott says it will be fine and Kira kills him
-Mama McCall and Mama Fox together in the hospital (it was cool seeing them together.)
-Lydia and her mom in the boathouse (I enjoyed all those scenes)
-Scott's dad tells him he knows he and his friends are hiding something

This episode has officially taken top spot as my fav episode of Teen Wolf, and that includes Motel California, I just loved every second of it :)

  16. definitely the spooning scene.

  17. I actually meant "she" as in Kate backs off when she has confirmation that Scott is alive. Argent and Stiles don't actually say Scott is alive but by looking at both of them severely hinting Kate makes up her mind. Quite frankly the idea that Stiles is not shellshocked would have confirmed it to me. Lilith and I were talking about how this episode pretty much proves that Scott will end up killing someone, probably this season. There were too many anvils falling not to. The big question will be who is he trying to save when he makes his first kill.

I will add the Bingo suggestion. Thank your friend for me. It is a great choice. Sadly, if I do the 8 on a page choice, it is only available in PDF so the higlighting does not work. However, I can send the links out to the "official" card of the week. You can also follow the directions of the following link to generate your own cards. Merry does that until it makes one she thinks will be good. That will also pop up in web form. Hope that helps.

  18. That was my response as well. It was still heartbreaking to watch though, even in the rewatch.

  19. Interesting way to interpret the Kira and Liam scene. Thanks for sharing. When I rewatched again it still seems like they were definitely losing to me but since it never shows the end, it's open to interpretation. I disagree about Liam. I don't think Liam has a chance at all against a berserker and while he does have rage, he has not shown that he can control that like Satomi can, much less channel it effectively like her in my opinion. When it comes to Liam, Teen Wolf has been all over the place. He took Scott out multiple times but he was helpless against Derek, an omega who was losing all his powers. For me it was more that they wanted to keep beating up the alpha, as they are wont to do, than that they were trying to say that Liam was alpha strong. He's still too inexperienced and uncontrolled for that.

I don't watch TVD or Originals but it seems like Liam is becoming a more popular name these days. I am glad to hear that Daniel Sharman has a job though. The CW is liking Teen Wolf actors. Perhaps Crystal Reed will show up on their shows as well. I am sorry to hear about your childhood. No one should have to experience that. As for Peter, he is her father. Lydia learned about it last season when she asked him to help her control the voices in her head. She basically read Talia's claws to find the memory she took from Peter. I like the idea of Peter siphoning power from Scott but I think it is actually Derek he's weakening. I'm pretty sure the plan is to kill Scott himself because that's the most direct way for him to become an alpha again.

  20. Do you mean Braden and Derek screwing? I thought that was winning yesterday but there are a few i could think of with this response. :-)

  21. Wow, that's a lot of love. I personally did not care for it but I am glad you really did. Motel California remains champion for me.

  22. Yes That one. Although Nothing wrong with that scene. I thought the Now Current #1 was most deserving, Well Seems like I just Spoke to Early. Didn't know Poll was Active.

  23. I like this current winning better as well. Great acting! These polls are always active so there is no end date on them. The only timed ones i know of are the contest polls.

  24. Doh! I COMPLETELY missed that. ANYONE who knows Scott knows Stiles would be at least as devastated at Melissa. That would have been her immediate give away.

I think you're likely correct about how the Scott kills will likely play out. I'm hoping for a...last minute way to avoid it. I just...I can understand Scott being concerned about it...about how he could possibly live with it but I simple do NOT want the show to go there.

Making my own bingo card feels like cheating. :-) I just can't do it. Thanks for the links!

  25. That's a good point about Peter wanting to kill Scott, but people have tried that already. Maybe Peter is just waiting for the right time. I don't think he would leach power like that from his own family, though. I think the writers of the show are also waiting for the right time to show everything Liam is capable of. He's all over the place because he's still learning to control and channel his powers. If he had a little bit more time a couple of episodes ago, he might have gotten out of that well on his own.

Since Peter is Malia's father, Malia was right to freeze Stiles out for hiding who she is. It wasn't Stiles' place to lie about who Malia's father is, regardless of what her father might or might not do. It's true that Malia still has a lot to learn about humanity, but it should have been left up to her to decide whether or not to trust or help Peter. She's capable of abandonment, but I don't remember her committing or endorsing murder for the purpose of gaining power. I think she would have been very cautious with Peter if things were different, but now she has reason to believe that she can't trust anyone else. Tricky situation.

  26. I only really liked Motel California because of that scene with Scott and Stiles, this episode just had a lot more scenes I loved, and it had almost every character in it and each character had a scene I loved. Plus a few scenes I thought were powerful too (Mama McCalls reaction and Scott killing Liam).

  27. I liked the part when Scotts dad was talking about how he made "VISUAL CONFIRMATION" with the target, before killing him.
