There has been a major casting change on MTV‘s upcoming Scream series, based on the hit movie franchise. The Killing’s Bex Taylor-Klaus has been cast as one of the leads, Audrey Jensen, replacing Amy Forsyth, who was originally cast in the role. I hear the recasting decision was made after the project’s table read. Audrey Jensen is the daughter of a Lutheran pastor and an artsy loner who aspires to be a filmmaker. Young actress Taylor-Klaus made her acting debut playing another loner on The Killing, the scrappy Bullet. She has since recurred on House Of Lies and Arrow.

In addition to the recast, Scream has also added Bobby Campo (Being Human), Connor Weil (Sharknado) and Joel Gretsch (Witches of East End) in recurring roles.

I was planning on ignoring this, but now....
ReplyDeleteDammit! XD
Bye Bye Sin !
ReplyDeleteWoow...this show just got a hundred times more interesting...
ReplyDeleteWhat does that mean for the character of Sin?
ReplyDeleteI hope this doesn't mean Sin won't show up on Arrow anymore. Also, Bex should watch out for being typecast as the quirky loner.
ReplyDeleteSin was always a recurring character anyway. She'll probably just dissappear eventually. Who knows, this reboot of Scream may not even work anwyay.
