    I hope its not Max who gets shot it looks like they are trying to rob a place that looks an awful lot like where Max works and I can't see Taylor forgiving Carter for letting that happen

    It seems more likely that Crash and Max get in an argument about Carter running off with him than robbing the store that Max works at. Crash pulls out a gun and it goes off by accident but Crash gets 3 years minimum for a clear violation of his probation and he is no longer on the show (which would be a good thing IMO). Hopefully Max survives because he is a great character.
