22 Aug 2014

Welcome to the fifteenth daily poll for the main Emmy categories. As SpoilerTV readers, it is your job to predict who will win the Emmy for today's category.

Please note that the question of the poll is who WILL win the Emmy, not who SHOULD win. Try to look objectively at the nominees and consider who has the best chance of winning the Emmy. Tell us what you voted for in the comments, and feel free to also tell who you think should win the Emmy. And if you're still pissed about that Emmy snub, share your frustration below as well (but please remain polite).

Today's category is Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series. The nominees are "Episode Five", "So Did the Fat Lady", "I Wasn't Ready", "Optimal Tip-to-Tip Efficiency" and "Special Relationship". Vote in the poll below, share your vote in the comments and come back tomorrow for the category Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series.

  1. I'd say "I wasn't ready" is going to win; such a flawless script for a first episode

  2. I'd like Silicon Valley to win, but it won't. So let's stick to Veep, which I do believe has a good chance. OITNB, again, IS NOT COMEDY. I refuse to think it will win solely for that reason (never mind how much I enjoy the show).

  3. Silicon Valley finale was good. The Louie episode as well.
