Leslie Jordan had to pull out of appearing in American Horror Story to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house on Monday night (August 18).
The actor, who starred in three episodes of American Horror Story: Coven last year as Quentin Fleming, was scheduled to feature in the show's upcoming fourth season Freak Show in a four-episode story arc.Series creator Ryan Murphy wrote the part specifically for Jordan, who was upset at missing out on the role.
A note from Murphy read: "I am a huge fan of yours Leslie, I understand the timing was off on this one, but I will always write you into future projects."
