I''m really happy Shaw was introduced - that has turned out so awesomely well for the series. I think I can relate to her better than any of the other female characters. I do hope we see more of Zoe Morgan even though Paige Turco is starring on The 100
I'm the first to say Control? She's great, and the actress who portrays her does a great job. She's a strong female character and a great villain (or actually a good gal?), but there's something about her that seems weak and even a bit pathetic, and I think it's great that they're writing her that way. She was set up to be the show's main villain, but it's clear she's not all bad.
I can tolerate Shaw, but I'm not a big fan of Root. I always thought less was more with her, and in season 3 it kind of annoyed me how she became all-knowing and powerful. It kind of takes away the drama and suspense, especially because she's acting like nothing could ever go wrong when she's around.
I must add that I voted for Carter as well. ;) Whenever Control is on-screen, I know something good is coming up. I loved Shaw in Relevance, but I think her character was not as good/interesting in season 3. Same goes for Root.
Root first, Carter a close second, Shaw third. All are great, though, but the ones other than the aforementioned three are better in smaller doses as opposed to regular appearances.

I LOVE ALL OF THEM. If I have to choose one, it would be Root :)

Carter even tho she left. Shaw and Root. Would have said Zoe but we've hardly seen her last season doe to the 100
ReplyDeleteYeah, Control's great. But she's only been in 5 or 6 episodes so it's hard to vote for her over the main three.
