    How closely can we expect the show to follow the books or can expect some departures from the book storyline: ie. are there any characters created for the show not in the books, the fates of characters being different, etc?

    Does Cuse try to work within principle casting? Did Durand's history on Lost have anything to do with his casting, or did he just audition here and ace it?
