    Considering Sherri was actually pregnant (and we haven't seen the kayak scene she mentioned yet), I doubt Lena's going to lose the baby. They just need the angst.

    I hope not, but there was a similar scenario on General Hospital recently (actress's real life pregnancy written into the show) and the baby died on the show after being born prematurely...so it isn't out of the realm of possibility.
