Kane said Mary and Francis’ marriage is “going well so far,” though McCarthy warned Frary fans that they should be “a little nervous” about the couple’s future in Season 2. Francis and Mary will face countless obstacles, both “political” and sometimes “horrific.”
One of the latter elements will be the guilt hanging over Francis’ head following the murder of his father. “It’s going to eat me up inside, I imagine,” Regbo said.
“Season 2 is very much about what goes on beyond the castle walls,” McCarthy explained, noting that many nobles have been waiting for their day in court — so to speak — with Mary, Francis and Catherine.

It will be interesting to see the story go on in S2, I mean in S1 there was the love triangle and the mad king! Good plots surprisingly, so S2 needs to keep up and even improve it.
ReplyDeleteFrancis will probably die by season end, will be pretty emotional I assume.
I hope he dies, he rubs me the wrong way.
ReplyDeleteI like Kane. She seems really down to earth and she's insanely attractive.
ReplyDeleteShowrunner said no plans to kill Francis yet
ReplyDeleteIt's not healthy how hot Kane is. She looks so natural, tremendous!
ReplyDeleteI mean, why would the showrunner say that Francis is going to die soon? That'be spoiling the fans.
ReplyDeleteWhat I meant was, the showrunner is not going to say "Oh in case you'd like to know, Francis dies in episode 2.03." She can't say it because that'd ruin the fans to know when a character is going to die whether we like the character or not :)
ReplyDeleteHey, there isn't a video out, but TV after Dark and a lot of people on Twitter posted a photo of Francis holding a baby, which is likely Lola's.

thx! I assume it will be posted these days. I seriously don't think the baby will survive, just to keep it messy. ;-)
ReplyDeleteYeah, I've seen some people on Twitter saying they'll upload one sometime, can't wait to watch them :)
ReplyDeletethank you for the photo. looks interesting, now I want to see the clip even more..
ReplyDeleteYour welcome, here's two more, there just of Queen Catherine from the Season 2 Teaser :)
ReplyDeleteWith the real Mary being married to Francis for two year before his death I can see the show holding off until season four or five ( if the show last that long ) before killing him off.
ReplyDeleteSad as it will be when he goes there is always her marriages to her first cousin,Henry Stuart, Lord Darnley and James Hepburn, 4th Earl of Bothwell to look forward too. ;) Not to mention the murder of her cousin/husband, the uprising against her, her imprisonment, the birth of her son, her abdication, fleeing to England, and her 18 yr imprisonment by Queen Elizabeth I of England,
Being this is a CW show for all we know Francis could be by Mary's side ( not many scenes ) in ghostly form,

Francis can die at the end of season 2 jut to keep with the history. S2 is loooking good, i lke that part about Francis inhereting a dying country with he plague and all, we can see some politics there and a lot of good stuff to keep the season going.
ReplyDeleteI assume Lola wont die? that would be good to see how Lola, Mary and Francis will inetract in the castle.
There is so much ground to cover over their two year marriage that it could play out as ever two seasons is a year taking his death into the season four finale so I wouldn't count out Francis just yet.
ReplyDeleteShe is very hot, but still looks very classy, my type of girl.
ReplyDeleteI hope the ratings go up this season, this show deserves it. I just don't want it to end without a proper conclusion. Does anyone know at which age Mary is murdered?

double post
ReplyDeleteMary died at 44.
ReplyDeleteGuess I don't need to post my article now.
ReplyDeleteI honestly don't see them dragging Francis around to much. Maybe till mideseason season 3, just so they could hold on Catherine as well.
ReplyDeleteHenry died in summer '59 and Francic early winter '60 so it's a year and a a half to covwe so it could be squeezed into 1 season.
I though she died younger. So we probably won't see her getting executed in the show, it would have been a great way to end the series.
ReplyDeleteAn thing is possible but they could always go "The Vampire Diaries" route. They are heading into their six season in September and only two years and a few months have passed on the show.
