    the benefactor knows about malia he put malia hale not tate and i really thought stiles would tell parrish the list is a supernatural hit list and then ask him what he is

    I have cable but occasionally I d/l the ep, because I can get it two hours earlier because my MTV feed doesn't show it till 11...today of course my cable is off for a few days and for the first time since basically ever it has not been uploaded ANYWHERE. Frustrating.

    He didn't say like it was nothing just not with anger and pain. Understandable since they were never that close, and he has made peace with her death since the three months she died. It's natural. People have to move on.

    I was so sad Meridith killed herself. I liked her. And finally, those Orphans got theirs.

    Somehow, this ep felt empty without Kira in it.

    Pretty good episode, not much to diss on since most was resolved within the episode hopefully leading to continuous great episode following the last episode.

    Glad the dumb-ass assassin kids are out of the picture, was over them the day they walked in to school.

    Was nice to see Malia and Derek working together on the side quest.
    Lydia and Stiles quest was interesting also. I think it was alright that they didn't try to figure out what Parish is today, as today within the show was more about finding the last key to break the code and find out all who hunted so they can be warned and protected.

    Tho with that knowledge of Parish being a potential supernatural they should keep a back eye on him, so he doesn't sneak in an attack of sorts, if he is to be on the bad side, tho it would be interesting if he turns out to be good.



    Scott taking a sort of oath to protect all the supernatural at the end was pretty nice. And I hope he can back that up like he did last episode, because he sure has the power to do so.

    And its nice to see his beta Liam has been listening to Scott's training.


    Oh and Peter and Kate! boy what can go wrong with that...

    Theoretically there should be a balance between each species. And With Scott being an Just and Alpha he should be at least equally powerful as any other species if not more. And with him being a True Alpha should come with some positive perks to off sets his chains of not killing others out of bad intent.

    He should be having no problems with those Berserkers.

    And the question of how Kate is controlled should eventually be answered. I would get it if its some summoning ritual as she would have knowledge of lots of myths with her hunter background. But if its just a simple roar control, Scott should be able to counter it from them stopping at least. Unless they only like females or werejaguars. hmm.

    Parrish had the best line of the episode: I'm worth $5? .... I only make 40.000 a year, I should kill myself XD

    Pretty good episode!
    Now I'm really worried for Derek. And I'm also more interested in Parrish's back-story, as a potential new supernatural creature and as a new friend for the team.
    Kate working with Peter is the most scaring idea for me...

    Who I have to kill for the little red bag?
    A spear against berserkers? The guy is a genius.
    I can't say I'll miss those killers.
    I begin to like Liam. Although I still believe there is more to him. He was too good at the beginning, before he turned.
    Can't Peter just finally whose side he is on? I mean, it's obvious he's on his side. But sometimes he takes risks to help others and do the right thing, then again he cares for nothing but his sorry ass. I don't like yo-yo characters that change their personality and their goal in every second ep.

    fight against the Benefactor and the killers, … and Kate.
    I too wonder what sup he is. I must admit, at first I thought he would be a hunter. There was just something weird about him. Like he knew more than he said.

    As true alpha? Of course. He showed more will and strength before he became alpha.
    Maybe he's holding back? I mean, he didn't want to be a werewolf and he didn't want to be alpha.

    We don't know if she killed herself. She was sitting in a cell. She was trapped. Nowhere to run or hide, no way to defend herself. Anyone could have strangled or poisoned her and make it look like suicide. No one would doubt it, it wouldn't be the first time. Her price was "just" 1 mil. But it's sure more than enough for some people. Especially with an easy target like her. Humans are monsters and parasites. In some places they kill you for 20$. And as Lydia said it (I think it was last week or 2 weeks ago), a banshee has no superhuman strength, no teeth or claws, just voices in her head.
    But maybe she did kill herself. She wanted to help, but was too afraid to do it. She let down her only friends and the only people who believed her and accepted her.

    Yeah, that was cool. But if you kill yourself for 5 mil, you can't spend the money!!! Except, of course, he knows how to come back from the dead. But please, no. It was one of the things I hated abut TVD. Half of the dead came back.
    We still don't know what sup he is. But I must admit, I first thought he was a hunter. Something
    told me, he knows more then he shows. But I too hope he stays one of the good guys.

    It's more he plays both sides so he can cover his plans, manipulations and ensure he comes out on top. Well that and although he's always been a manipulative, angry sociopath he still clearly cares about his family in some twisted way. It's all been for power. It's why he killed Laura (though also to avenge his family's death), why he used Cora's illness as a way to get Derek to give up his Alpha status (though he appeared to care about saving her as well), and it's why he is working with Kate.

    What I meant is, that he didn't want to be a werewolf at the beginning. By now he has accepted it and he enjoys his powers. He's humble. He doesn't believe to be something better cause he's alpha. That's what I mean by Scott holding back.
    But I do have the feeling that he put more spirit into his fighting before. Like when he brought the circle in S3. No other could. And it is, what made him alpha. But now … It's just hard for me to believe that this Berserkers are that strong that not even a true alpha can defeat them. Or at least fight them off properly.
    That is what makes no sense. He fought an entire pack of alphas when he was
    beta. And was better off than now.
    And what means I.E.D?

    That's the point. Is he a switch? Is he really "playing on both sites" just as it pleases his mood? That kind of character is dangerous and unpredictable. If you ever watched Tribe, Ebony is the perfect example.
    Is he a good guy playing the bad guy? Or more likely a bad guy playing the good guy?

    The latter. He's not a good guy. If you haven't seen it, check out the mid-season 4 trailer it conveys a lot of what Peter wants and hints at his methods for getting it.

    i was too tired to take the ep in fully. will rewatch though. Was glad they told Parrish about the list and I think it was a good idea not to get into why he was on the list. that would have been a distraction. (loved his reaction to how much his bounty is) I do think Parrish ahould have taken charge of the discussion with Meridith. Lydia was too clueless and frustrated to handle that well. Poor Meredith! I think she saw who would have been coming for her and thook matters into her own hands.

    Malia is turning out to be a pretty smart detective in her own right. or at least her intuitive leaps are darned good.

    When Melissa started talking money problems I began to convince myself that someone (ie the benefactor is manufacturing these money problems. their power being shut off and her cooments about how could she be that far behind....just started seeming like too much coiencidence.). That and Garret just *happens*. to pull their payments out of the account payment was transfered into and leave it in his locker for Scott to find? Too much coiencidence.

    that all sId...didn't care that much about Timmy. er I mean Liam being stuck in the well.

    And to my issues with the fight scenes this season. it occurred to me this morning to check and see if we have a new choreogrpher

    I've begun wondering if they have someone new doing the fight choreography this season. To my mind all of the choreography has been really mundane so far this season. Scott has not gone really werewolf in most of the fights so far this season. The Berserkers have royally kicked his but every fight why wouldn't he go all alpha on them. We didn't even get the red eyes. Remember when we first saw the Kanima fight? There was an element of creativity in how those fights were choreographed that's been missing this season and it's starting to make me nuts.

    Yea I've been saying that all season about how the power balance is off once y establish key power points such as breaking the mountain ass barrier u can't go back to having him powered down again.

    IED was the episode where they were in Lydia cabin house . In the episode Scott basically told Liam he is a werewolf not a monster like him. This is him saying he has taking pride in what he is now. No more afraid.

    I know he's not a good guy. Well, I had the strong suspicion. Although I must admit, that there were scenes and times, when I hoped he finally became a good guy.

    Doing the slightly insane thing (or I'm going to blame sleep deprivation. :-) And have been tracking the dead pool. I've got the numbers and have marked off names as we've gotten them but I don't know how to count the members of Satomi's pack who died of poisoning. I counted 5? All men? Any guesses as to wether they were 250K names or 1M names?

    Derek should be an alpha again. The man deserves it. Scott on the other hand should not. Him being alpha is a waste.
