very cool ep.. the only way it would've been creepier is if Chance and his gang of psychos were cannibals... interesting bringing in Gorski and seemingly closing that chapter in Vic's life and possibly between her and Sean her husband, which it was cool to see them in a somewhat marital mode, but it definitely seems as if they will push the Walt/Vic thing from here on out
I loved how Gorski was not the kidnapper. I loved how Vic reacted when she thought Walt was the one dead in the body bag. I loved how Sean was stupid. I am sure the shot was from Walt's gun and Branch showed up.
Loved this episode. Just keeps getting better. All the actors brought their A game. I think this is the end for Sean and Vic. Sean knows for sure now the depth of Vic's feelings for Walt and even Gorsky knew he could never get her back and that Walt was deserving of her, Walt has her heart. I think Branch had Walt's back in the Chance showdown. No way he found Walt's truck and the wrecked rental car and did nothing.
Well, Walt can strike one more off his list of potential killers of his wife. Hope they do not Red John this story line beyond this season. Great episode and and nice touch of having Gorski help. So love this series.
I hate to say this but imho this was Longmire's "jump the shark" episode. The storyline was unbelievable. Everything and everyone seemed desperate. Longmire's character appeared forced, like he didn't want to do this. I mean come on, Fed agents killed, not to mention torture and kidnapping and Longmire agrees to let everyone go except - just bs. Show was good up til this point - I'll give it another shot but if the same shallow cheap storyline continues I'm taking my eyes elsewhere. p.s. too much Vic
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Nothing wrong with too much Vic. Katee Sackhoff's involvement was the main reason I got into this show in the first place.
ReplyDeletePS: I really wish people would stop using the phrase "jump the shark." It's such an overused term that it's lost its meaning.
My favorite episode thus far this season. I was on the edge of my seat. The acting was excellent by all. An Emmy submission episode for certain.
