Carter needs a good spanking. For being kidnap and poor she sure is spoiled and ungrateful. Yes she's been kidnap but she should see that Elizabeth is doing everything for her protection and for love. Kids these days think having your parent as your friend is awesome but it's not. Your parent is your parent period.
money is vvery important for every singal life and every one wish to make alote of money in his life. I was very scared when i lost my job but fortunately i find a online job which make me able to earn 50 to 60 dollar per hour and now i can make alot of money through this job for more information go to..........
I'm a little disapointed. The cast is good but the characters are kind of off.
Carter play the victim car for ther "mom" but doesn't thing about her real family. I get that for her they are not her family but they should try to feel what her siblings and parents feels.
Her real mom is so cold to her children, to her husband and on Carter. If my missing kid would be back home I would hug her, tell her how much she is loved and was missed.
The father was so nice for 1h30 then bam end up being a jerk....
Actually find it more interesting that Denisof is playing a flawed or shady character, it would be a little boring if he was simply a nice guy that bonded with his missing daughter.
I have a hard time understanding why there are so many positive comments and votes... The acting was genuinely awful from everyone except Cynthia Watros and, occasionally, Alexis Denisof. The concept has incredible potential, but it is completely drowned out by an unrealistic plot (what group of 16-year-olds honestly pranks the FBI? And who, after learning they were abducted, smiles and captivates teenage drinkers with shot glass tricks? Come on.), and an over-glorification of how awesome "Carter" is and how everyone either wants to be her or sleep with her.
This show could have been so much better. The acting and screen play was very disappointing.
I really enjoyed both episodes. My only problema: the mom is wax mask. Seriously, all that botox and plastic surgery made it imposible for me to feel anything from her. I know a lot of people out there are saying how sselfish Carter is being, but I think her reactions were very realistic taking into account that she had what she felt was a perfect life, a mom who loved her and she loved very much, and now this strangers come along and destroy all that. I understand that's not what happened, but I can see why that's how it feels to her. On the other hand is her biologican family. Now I may not have liked the actress that plays her mom, because of what I said above, but I get why she's a control freak and why she want's to catch kidnapper mom so much, even though it will only get Carter to hate her. Her brother was the highlight of the family for me, I just loved him! and the dad seemed cool, up until that last scene (of course, that doesn't mean he a dbag who doesn't love his family, just that he's too goal orientated, and not in a good way) I almost forgot, I even liked the love interest, even though he was a... male version of a Mary Sue, something Stu? LOL, I can't remember! english is not my first langauge. All in all, it was very decent progamming from MTV, which still comes as a suprise to me being in my mid tweinties and remembering the days when MTV was just MTV. For the time being, I'll continue watching, I really want to see how they make kidnapper mom simpathetic.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

Very, very good pilot. Didn't sounded like an MTV show ...

ReplyDeleteCarter is deep in denial at this point. It'll be interesting to see what happens when she finally confronts the truth of what her "mom" did.
