She is fired and Esme wont talk to her after finding out the truth, dont really fell like that is being left hanging. It is an unhappy ending and I would have liked Esme and Catherine to have a conversation but it works as an end to the series.
Well, we'll never know if Catherine ever gets her job back, if Esme's is ever going to talk to her again, what'll happen with Johnny and what were the results of the students at the Cube. So yes to me, they left us hanging.
Esme is clearly going to talk to Catherine in the future. The big cliffhanger was Catherine getting fired which is why I posted that the show has an unhappy ending but it is an actual ending. The show had an actual payoff for the niece is really my daughter story line unlike Crisis on NBC. The bio dad Johnny has a fighting chance to survive but he showed up in the final episode of the season, and as for the students, it would have been nice for the show to have dropped the case of the week format for the final episode and spend more time on the actual characters on the show, but hey that is the weakness of network television. Guess it would have been nice to have a one minute scene to find out where they were all going to go but the show wasnt able to find the time because of the case of the week part of the episode.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteKinda expected a suicide attempt there at the end, or some other mayor bad decision
ReplyDeleteLike the series, bye bye :(
