Excited about Fargo
ReplyDeleteIf Stefan is really going to lean on someone who could be considered "unexpected" (because most people would just assume Caroline), I say it's one of two people:
ReplyDelete1. Matt - He and Stefan have now both lost siblings who had their fair share of demons. Plenty of common ground there. Or...
2. Enzo - The poor man's Damon Salvatore. If a distraught Stefan is looking to fill a Damon-shaped void, Enzo is about as close as Stefan will get... unfortunately.
Bonus dark horse candidates:
Since "a surprising source for comfort" doesn't necessarily have to be a person, I throw god/religion and booze in there as options too.
Bones- I can't read up on it yet. Still have about 8 episodes to catch up on from this season.
ReplyDeleteTVD--Surprising source? Ha yeah ok. I hope it's Lucy. If it's not i don't give a damn. I highly doubt it'll be surprising. Nothing surprising about any of the characters that's already on there.
Arrow-- Yes The calm before the storm. Oh boy!!! So excited!! So glad they're filming tomorrow.

Masters of Sex: Obviously things are about to get confusing between Bill and Virginia. My theory is that they'll give in to their feelings and sleep together, and then one or both of them will have second thoughts afterwards. I'll be glad to see Virginia smack Bill if, after confessing his love to her, he decides to go back to his wife and baby out of guilt. Some things about that story made me wonder if Bill is actually the baby's father. He shouldn't have gotten married before he had his sex study off the ground. He cares so much more about that than anything else that it's not surprising he fell in love with the only other person who understands what he's doing, long after he already established himself with a wife he didn't seem to want. I feel bad for people who had to live in the '50s, before psychological and sociological discoveries were made that led to people postponing having families until later in life. Bill's only flaw is that he'll do anything to achieve his goals, even if it means compromising his own integrity and that of the people around him. Ironically, he probably cares more about Virginia than anyone else, including himself.
