Gina Gershon has landed a guest-starring role on Elementary, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.
The Bound star will play Elana March, a socialite whom Joan (Lucy Liu) suspects of running a notorious drug cartel. Unable to prove Elana's ties to the cartel's operations, Joan hopes to turn one of Elana's accountants into a key witness for the prosecution. But Joan's pursuit of Elana quickly becomes personal, with Elana demonstrating the lengths to which she's willing to go in order to avoid prison.
