Burbank, CA (July 24, 2014) – April struggles coming to terms with her situation as she starts chemotherapy treatments in “Finding Chemo,” the Summer finale of “Chasing Life,” airing Tuesday, August 12th at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC Family.
April begins her battle and month-long hospital stay with mixed emotions. Her resolve to fight starts to wane as her treatments take a toll. Meanwhile, Dominic returns to a much different April then when he left.

heeeeeee summer finale? I thought this would have 13 episodes.
ReplyDeleteNo it has 20 episodes but abcfamily does split seasons so the other 10 will air probably in Jan
ReplyDeleteStart working at home with Google! It's by-far the<- best job I've had. Last Wednesday I got a brand new BMW since getting a check for $6474 this - 4 weeks past. I began this 8-months ago and immediately was bringing home at least $77 per hour. I work through this link, go to tech tab for work detail

I'll have forgotten the show by then lol.
ReplyDeleteBut I can wait if it got a 20-episode order.
she outreaches to leo doesn't she, i hope so
ReplyDeletei really like the titles from this show
ReplyDeleteSo they are going to do a time jump. Or a I guess a few months jump if Dominic is returning. I just heard Scott Michael Foster is staying on longer then planned. But that doesn't mean anything either, they still will kill him off. Disappointing thought. Leo and April have great chemistry. Plus he's awesome. :)
ReplyDeleteIt's a midseason finale just like how a lot of the other shows do for different networks.
ReplyDeleteI think he comes back early? I heard there will be a wedge between April and Dominic and it has nothing to do with Leo and he doesn't know about the cancer so I guess we'll find out then.
ReplyDeleteChasing Life is doing a Christmas episode like nearly all of the ABC Family shows and season 1 will actually have 21 episodes.
ReplyDeleteI agree that Dominic most likely comes back early. April wont be able to hide having cancer from work if she is in the hospital for the month and chances are Dominic has friends at work that he will find out about April from.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Nicole about Leo. Miracles can happen but the show is going to want to have credibility with how it deals with cancer and terminal usually means the person dies. Maybe it will end up being a year instead of 4 months and Leo can be in season 2 but I doubt that he survives.
My favorite is episode 6 "Clear Minds, Full Lives, Can't Eat".
ReplyDeletePlus the actor who plays Leo is a series regular in Once Upon a time this fall, so I'm assuming he will be killed off.
ReplyDeleteYup...I've never quite understood why ABC Family does it that way, But the seasons are always split into two part, A and B. Ten episodes, then a break of several months, and ten more episodes to finish out the season. And yeah...Somewhere around January sounds about right for them to start airing season 1B.
ReplyDeleteI think this, more than anything so far, has been the point in the story
ReplyDeleteI've been wanting them to get to. Sort of morbid of me, maybe, but it's
time to move the cancer story along. Too bad this one's the mid-season
finale and we'll have to wait until probably January or so to go any
further, though! And anybody else wanna bet that April's told about the
possibility of needing a bone marrow transplant and that the person she
reaches out to is Natalie (Probably after Brenna, Sara, George, et al,
are ruled out as possible donors.)? Of course, I always think I can see
where these shows are going, just to get thrown for a total loop, so who
knows? Loving this show, though, and I'm hoping it's getting the
ratings to keep it going for a while!
