    I really am looking forward to this episode and it seems from episode 6, she doesn't tell Dom that she has cancer. I can't imagine how hard it is for someone to tell their new boyfriend that news. This show makes me say Thank you to every cancer survivor and anyone with cancer. I love this show and I hope it continues for a loong loong loong loong time just like Secret Life of an American Teenager did. This show has more heart and real life to it than any other show on tv right now.

    Also April does work with Dominic and I dont think she should tell anyone at work. If April is sure about Dominic as a BF than she should tell him eventually before it is obvious that she is really sick but she needs to be careful because of work. Not saying that Dominic would out her on purpose but he could let it slip by accident at work.
