    It is possible that April getting emotional with Dominic is about her dad's secret life and her half sister. Not sure she tells Dominic about her cancer in the episode.

    You might be correct and I could be wrong. Just going with the synopsis for the episode and the clip with Danny. Also April telling Dominic will be a big scene and she is going to have a big scene with her family in the episode already.
