Gee, I sure hope that he stays around till the series finale on a regular basis. Because as Berlanti mentioned at the panel "He needed to go away for a while to then come back bigger" and that they planned on him as a regular since season 1....I think I made a double flip.
And gee....dude knows a lot about the season despite having said that he hasn't read a single script yet. Could the producers have showed the cast the map out of the season?
What could Laurel not know about Sara that she doesn't already know since she returned. She knows about the League and how they have Assassins (one who almost killed Laurel). I interpreted the every one's business to mean villains but I could be wrong.
I still agree that Barrowman is awesome, but I still feel like such a minority since I'm still SO NOT looking forward to the whole "brutal times" of Thea and Malcolm... Nor to how he's not really going to be a big bad, but a puppet master? Yeah... Those are always so fun in shows, especially when it's an entire fucking season! >.<
And I'm so not going to keep watching if he actually stays on with season 4 and/or even 5, I mean, it would mean that they change it up with Thea anyway probably, and that she'll always be more of a sidekick/ally to Malcolm, than to Ollie, and that's something I'd just hate...
I mean it, since I watched the panel and the way they seem to think that Malcolm and John Barrowman are one and the same... I fear for what that lack of distinction will do with this show, and with Thea's character... All the focus has shifted around her, from the awesome bond she had with Oliver, completely being yanked away, them laughing at it in the writers room, and now only caring and focusing on her and Malcolm, yeah sure... I'm telling you, the more actual spoilers they throw out there, and all the people that are blind to Malcolm, because of Barrowman... I'm kind of starting to lose a LOT of hope for this season... *Sigh*
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Great interviews. They are both very cool!
ReplyDeleteI'm just here to love Barrowman, goodbye!
ReplyDelete"Maybe in season 4...or 5"
