    The latter. It's playing into the idea that carnivals like this would have a bunch of fakes in their exhibits of supernatural wonders, so here it's just a regular girl that had wings drilled into her back to make her look like an angel to draw in people the carnival could fool into believing she was born with wings.

    FX needs to hire whoever made this. This person seems more capable of creating compelling promos than some people who are working in the promo department of other networks.

    I still think one it was done by FX but somehow leaked and was then uploaded on youtube which FX didn't like because it was maybe too early so they just say that it's a fan-made.
    However, it's perfect. The song, the actress, the theme used.. bravo.

    Even though the video is said to be fake (appropriate for the theme of this years AHS) the story is so compelling that I am thinking of a backstory for the woman. Did she have nubs on her back that people teased her about? Was she obsessed with angels and this is part of that expression? Did her mother/father/boyfriend sell her into a sideshow life and she is hooked on morphine/alcohol to deal with the pain of the botched attachment for the mechanism on the 'wings'? So many possibilities.
