  1. How the heck are they going to do 12 hours in one episode?

  3. 12 hour time jump in the last ad break. Just enough time for Jack to fly back to the US to be with Kim.

  4. I thought the time jump would occur between the second-to-last episode and the final episode. I had no idea they would have the entire final episode cover a 12-hour time period.

  5. Let's hope that's the outcome because I'm sick of season endings involving Jack being imprisoned or screwed over in some other way.

  7. I wonder if the unthinkable grave decision that Jack has two make is about Chloe. And as far as lives will be lost that could mean anybody good or bad

  8. I get the same feeling she is going to die.

  9. I hope not. But I wouldn't be surprised if they went that way.

  11. This episode is not in realtime. It obviously breaks that continuity when the show is still an hour long but the events of the episode take place within 12 hours. Scroll back up and re-read before commenting please.

  12. Also, there is the fact of the matter being one more episode (before the finale) airing in the U.S. 11 hours and 8 minutes from now. Not that it may make much difference to the finale which alone covers 12 hours, but it can show specific hints the complete any plot holes seen just watching the finale alone. What most likely is that they give Jack (Kiefer Sutherland) and possibly any supporting characters the final mission which altogether in their relative time, will compile to 12 hours which will be cut into 1 to 3 minute scenes each leaving small room for possible dead space in the episode (hopefully not, but what they see in editing can be different than how the audience receives it.), yet Jon Cassar and FOX have surprised me before, so let's hope for the best, not get too excited, and be amazed or completely shat on.

  13. Yet, it leaves there to be more. We weren't expecting this ninth season, but got it anyways. Sure, it feels empty and cheap, but leaves more to explore. Who knows, maybe Jack dies and Kate takes over as the lead. I don't know, but let it be how they make it and stick with it.

  14. First, capitalize M and C, I think you meant too, and a period at the end: Me too Calvin.

  16. My take is most of the show's hour will be to solve the mission the remaining time will be to cover span to put whomever in the coffin. Jack or the President. My take The President does not have alzheimers but has been slowly drugged ( the big twist they reference
