I think you're forgetting that a US one-hour TV show runs about 43 minutes, when commercial breaks are not included. The lengths of the six previews: 0:47+1:24+1:24+0:51+1:07+1:05 = 6 minutes, 35 seconds. The running time of the last episode (found on fox.com) was 42 minutes, 54 seconds. Divide 6:35 into 42:54 and it's 15.35% :)
