I like Felicity, but she's become one of the most overrated characters in the history of TV, so I refrained from voting for her.
Never heard of anyone from the list, but my favorite nerd is Harold Finch from Person of Interest.
Cosima from Orphan Black would be second. I also enjoy Reid and Garcia from Criminal Minds. Huck from Scandal is also great -- if you can call him a nerd.
Neither as probably none of them has ever played Gothic and/or Risen or did ever sit trough a non tripple A RPG

I hate the term 'nerd' as a whole, I've known more about fictional universes than most 'geeks' out there and still don't fit the stereotype. Quite the opposite actually
Nerd=person with barely any knowledge they bank on, usually wear thick glasses and are obnoxiously quirky
But don't dare to be muscular and sportive, you automatically have no idea of 'nerd stuff' then -,- *sarcasm
Felicity (Arrow) and JT (BATB) - Love them both from the very beginning of the shows. They are smart, funny, and totally demonstrate what a true friendship should be.
From the list, Stiles from Teen Wolf wins all the marbles. What a fantastic character! Still pre-witch Wllow from Buffy the Vampire Slayer is my favorite, while Stiles, Abby from NCIS, Hardison from Leverage, Walter and Peter from Fringe, and Sam from Supernatural are close runners up. If Mozzie from White Collar counts, he's in that list too. Still Spock from Star Trek has to win any TV nerd contest for his icon status.

Well I am not objective because I love Felicity. so I voted for her. I also like Charlie, but my second vote had to go who I think would be the "best" and I voted Other - Birkhoff from Nikita one word: shadownet
haha, I also voted other -Birkhoff. I still voted for Felicity although her character development has bin a little stagnant. Hope they will change that in S3.
The first to come to mind was Lloyd Lowery from Breakout Kings. I can´t really say he is my favorite, but he is more of a nerd to me than Felicity. He was the only reason that I watched the show.
Niles from "Frasier"! Great choice! I also like your reality nerd list. Ooh, can we add Stephen Colbert? He DEFINITELY qualifies as a nerd/geek, and an awesome one at that.
Big Bang Theory is the ultimate winner of nerdiest kings and queens :) I voted for Felicity because she is a very clever nerd. Also voted Charlie because she especially acted like a nerd because of Larping etc. I was almost tempted to vote for Nolan, I just felt Felix and Charlie were stronger in nerdy quirks. So if I had a third it def would of been Nolan. Fun poll :D
Absolutely Colbert should be on this list. He makes me laugh each time. I still listen to his Another Christmas Song even when it's not the holiday season.
Charley or Felicity? God why you hate me so much? I freaking love them both. They both are so much alike. Maybe that's why i love Felicity, because she reminds me kinda of Charley. Charley is my favorite girl from Supernatural - she is awesome and she's like a little sister for Sam and Dean. And Felicity is the best girl in Arrow - also awesome. I can'r choose between them, i surely can't I love them both <3
Felicity is the best nerd for me. After that from the list Nolan. Off the list Alec Hardison from Leverage is another of my favorite geek/nerd. Also the whole gang of BBT
