Is it just me or is this a bad version of Castle? I really want to like this show because of the cast, but I have a bad feeling its going to be really bad.
I don't know where you get that idea. This is nothing like Castle. The only similarity here is that the detective is investigating the death of a loved one but that trope isn't specific to Castle. That idea has been used over and over again by many law enforcement shows.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Already looks better than The Night Shift but that shaky camera work and the editing in the third clip is just awful.

ReplyDeleteWell Cat's last partner was an Detective Esposito? So you tell me? Cat er Kate? See any similarities here?
ReplyDeleteExactly. These kids don't realize that this gimmick has been used long before Castle came around.
