    I think with him not helping Andy when she was in trouble......that was a mistake and now he going after her.........wonder if he was planted to take down 15 Division

    I don't know if it's not because of his step dad, the new chief. Maybe he doesn't accept that a member of the family could be a failure. I wonder how Duncan came from what he is like a young rookie with the sense of humor to an angry guy ready to get Andy into trouble ?
