Sources confirm to TVLine exclusively that James Tupper — whose presumed-dead character, David Clarke, turned up alive, well and wielding a knife in last month’s closer — will return in Season 4 as a full-fledged series regular.
I wonder if he has been keeping tabs on what Emily has been doing or if he's under the impression his daughter died in a boat explosion and he's now avenging her death.
I for one am happy with this decision. Now all revenge has to do is to stop adding new characters, bring back Stevie and conrad, get rid of Margaux and her brother, and revenge should.have an interesting season.
Please don't make him evil and throw away 3 years' worth of the heroine trying to get justice for her father. David *is* an adulterer so I don't expect the guy to be portrayed as a saint, but making him the villain would be sacrificing the heart and soul of the narrative for the sake of a big twist.
I'm assuming he's probably been planning his come back when Amanda died. Not realising that she's not actually dead. The better twist would be if Nolan knew all along.
I'd rather have Patick back trying to get revenge on Emily, to be honest. I am not a supporter of the David Clarke's alive storyline, but I have faith in the show so I'm trying to keep an open mind about it.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Was hoping for Hartley -,-
ReplyDeleteThey just need to tell me if Conrad is gonna live or not!
ReplyDeleteNot a surprised. Assumed so from the way the season ended. Hope it's fun

ReplyDeleteyeah Margaux really gets on my nerves.. she seems to be a smart lady.. but acts as dumb as a box of rocks...and that brother is as crazy as they come

ReplyDeleteTo me I don't care who margaux is but all I see her is as a character who's hogging up so much screen time and wasting our time.
ReplyDeletePlease!!! Evil twin brother!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't know how I feel about this yet, all I can say is: please, bring Patrick back!
ReplyDeleteThe series jumped the shark when David Clarke turned up alive.
ReplyDeleteSo there goes the theory that it was Victoria's imagination.
ReplyDeleteNolan knowing might actually be nice, but does he have the backbone for that with Emily?
ReplyDeleteyeah that's true
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately for you Margaux is a regular this coming season 4
