the fact that Duncan did not back his partner McNally was a mistake.....I wonder if he is really a rookie or he is planted by the Inspector to destroy 15 division

  3. I liked the scenes with Nick and Chloe.

  4. I had hoped the McSwarek kiss would have lasted a little longer or lead to something more, but it's a start!! :)

  5. Duncan was such a jerk! I cannot believe he left Andy there and couldn't even own up to his mistake. He put Andy and that little kid's life in danger and now he is going to put allegations against her and the division. He has nerve!

  6. Right first up...really good episode. The Andy/Moore storyline with him not backing her up was a good dramatic move for the show. The show's second dramatic move was having that ladie's kid turn up as Gail was looking for the keys...heartbreaking :(
Disappointed that Andy and Nick shared no scenes. I'm not over them....I need my Nick and Andy fix. I did think the moment in the car with Andy and Sam was sweet though. Give me my damn triangle or at least have Nick still be visibly tormented by why he can't have because as much I do want Nick to be happy, I love me some angst.
Finally, I find Chloe annoying (though I don't hate her character) but Nick's reaction to her being needy and annoying was very good, it was a nice comedic relief!

  7. I agree with everything you said. I liked the episode and the case was definitely heartbreaking, but I think this season is taking a while to find its footing. Also, the characters that have the most on-screen chemistry aren't interacting enough yet. I'm hoping that we'll get more scenes with Nick& Andy, or Dov&Oliver or Dov& Peck or Steve&Traci. I also miss seeing Oliver in a patrol car and I miss the friendship between Traci and Andy The Duncan storyline really surprised me....I expected him to be a source of comedic relief this season, but he turned out to be a jerk. As for Chloe, you are far kinder than I am. I still find her extremely silly and annoying (the writers have to realize that not everyone can pull off quirky and adorable!) Also, this Nick/Chloe friendship that the writers keep trying to force on us makes me worry that they're hoping to eventually ship the two of them (which would suck).

  8. I totally agree with you - no Nick and Chloe, it would never work. If they can't have Nick with Andy at some point again they need to get him a new love interest. I'm so glad Moore became a dramatic storyline rather than comedic relief. I actually like my drama dark and Rookie Blue is as about a lighter drama as I can enjoy but no lighter. As for Chloe, you're right I was being kind, I could really do with her character not existing leaving room for other new blood.
