I've read the books and I didn't like this storyline in them either. It's one thing (along with Maura having an affair with a priest) that I hoped they'd leave out on the show.
I hope so didn't like either storyline but I can handle Jane being pregnant if we get to see Jane and Maura raise the baby together I hope Casey don't come back I don't like killing character off but he could died a noble death
I hope I don't sound horrible, but I'm not happy about Jane being pregnant and I hope Casey doesn't come back. Next week is going to be a gut wrenching episode, and it's still hard to believe that Lee Thompson Young is actually gone. What an amazing person and actor, R.I.P
That "There was nothing you could do. He is gone." hurt differently. Isnt just the character that it's gone. =/ I believe that scene must've been hard to film.
Even though I knew they were going to deal with Lee Thompson Young's death (and consequently his character) on air. I was still really hard watching those scenes knowing that the actors were also dealing with the loss of a friend.
Not thrilled with Jane being pregnant, but it is good to see that it is something that's true to the books. Loved that Angela had figured out Jane was pregnant based on her not having coffee. the tests were hysterical. Here's some fish and kale! lol

I'm still not pleased Jane is pregnant, but Angela's reaction was the best. Honestly not surprised she figured it out so quickly.
ReplyDeleteAnd oh God, those last two scenes hurt. Next week is going to be even worse. I love that everyone leaned on each other.
Jane gets pregnant in the books.
