    This is an okay show, I just wish the concept for the promos had been better

    Currently, the movie theaters are filled with sequels and remakes--while television is experience a Golden Age, with so many excellent shows that networks are cancelling shows that would have been top draw in the past. So, it's more than a little disappointing to see a show like "Reckless" which is a throwback to the 1970s, or possibly '60s. After watching the first episode, I'm reminded of the factory-like product that Warner Bros. use to turn-out for ABC: Hawaiian Eye, Burbon Street Beat, and something in Miami, I think.



    The suppose draw of "Reckless" is it's "southern charm" that all of us non-southerners get to experience through the eyes of a Chicago-transplant attorney. Who, of course, has a flirtation with a Good Ole Southern Boy--who through his connections (not merit) is appointed City Attorney. So, we'll have plenty of opposing attorneys by day, attorneys with benefits by night.


    Bottom line: nothing worth watching here.

    I liked the premise. It is too bad that woman lawyer's boyfriend is part of the problem.
