Cold Case alum Thom Barry has joined TNT鈥檚 drama series Perception as a recurring. The actor will play Special Agent In Charge William Parsons, the skeptical and no-nonsense special agent in command of the Chicago FBI office and Kate Moretti鈥檚 (Rachel Leigh Cook) boss.
