not really surprise about BATB number 1.........24 should be higher

  2. You're absolutely right. Hope the viewer ratings increase too, so that we get more seasons of BATB

  3. BATB always had a crazy fan base, but I don't believe the fans are actually living in the US, thats why the ratings are so low. .... but they got renewed, so it worked...

I am happy for The 100, awesome show and I am glad that the ratings hold even though there are playoff games airing!

let's stop saying that the beasties are crazy I'm a beast and I am not crazy please respect the opinions of others

  5. Beasties may not be the biggest fandom but we know that we have to fight to keep our show and we are passionate, organised and active! It's nice to see it all paying off. 😃

  6. Perfect #BATB number 1!!!! deserved, fantastic episode!!

  7. #Batb in great show, a good storyline, and I'm love #batb and your actors!!!

  8. Hi Patrizia, respectfully from a beastie to another beastie, no need to use # in here only twitter and facebook, it seems to irritate some posters in this website when we do that to the point of hating the entire fandom for the excessive use of hashtags. :-)

  9. Beauty and the beast est populaire sur les reseaux j'adore

    ReplyDelete
  10. What's a hashtag? I thought that was a number symbol. ; )

    ReplyDelete
  11. I seems that CW's choice to move it to summer was right.

  12. Batb in great show <3

    ReplyDelete
  13. This position shows how much love beasties have for BATB, and BATB deserves it all!!!

    ReplyDelete
  14. Beasties are back in action!

    ReplyDelete
  15. That is too funny! I do that so many times-automatically put the hashtag or number symbol or whatever you want to call it! It just shows how committed we are to our show. The bad thing is when you are writing with an old-fashioned pen and you go to write a B and you automatically put a # in front of that-Beasties coined the word OBSESSED! But we love it!

    ReplyDelete
  16. Lol I know what you are talking about or I don't know if this happen to you but while Im work if I have to put a subject it unconsciously goes to #BATB lol sad but true!

    ReplyDelete
  17. LOL Believe me BATB has a big following here in the USA as well that's why we trend in twitter, as an example here texting from NJ but no Nielsen Box, but I DVR, stream and very vocal in networking for the show, so the CW might know something you don't. :)

    ReplyDelete
  18. So you appear on several platforms and pretend to the network to be more than one person but in reality you are just one! As long as they are not tracking this, you are not officially cheating but it is a scam in my book. The rating is so low that it obviously does not match the numbers of the fan base and the network is tricked. Same on this website as long as you have multiple devices and emails you can appear to be more than one fan.

    ReplyDelete
  19. i wished someone could explain to me why someone is irritated by a little symbol witch takes about 0,0001 sec of time to read it ???

    ReplyDelete
  20. BATB on Top, just the way I like it!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Really? So easy to accuse the BatB fandom of cheating. What is this with you people. You are comparing the number of fans with the ratings, again. I think Mark Pedowitz explained at the Upfronts why it was renewed despite the low ratings. The international sales, DVD sales, digital viewings and presence on social media etc. made them decide this. How can we cheat there? And it's about an international fanbase, not only an US one. It's sad this has to be said again, it should be known by now.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Wasn't it the same when Nikita was aired? The ratings were not that good but it was more popular too internationally than in the US? I think BatB is in a similar situation Nikita was. I liked Nikita too by the way. One request, please don't call a whole fandon crazy or rabid, cause we're not. Thank you :-)

    ReplyDelete
  23. Congrats Beauty and the Beast/Beasties for topping the chart. Nice to see '24: LAD' and 'The 100' in the top 10 again.

    ReplyDelete
  24. We'll
yes we do live in the US. Unless
there is something Im not aware of about NY maybe we are an alien state!

I agree with you I live in Italy and Batb has many fans the first season has had 0,6/0,7 of ratings and it was July and a lot of people was on vacation

    ReplyDelete
  26. The madness at times, is nothing but the reason presented in a different form. Ghoete
I like to be a fan "crazy" by # BATB

    ReplyDelete
  27. I didn't mean it literally, and surely I did not want to offend you or any other fan, but you have to admit it is strange that on this site it is beating Game of Thrones, which is HBO best show ever! I like BatB but it is not in the same league as several other shows (it is nice but not really ``critically acclaimed''), so the only logically explanation is that the fans duplicate their votes otherwise it would have a better rating when it aires! All that tweeting and trending, but it doesn't lead to actually switch on the television on Monday night? How do you explain that? Nikita was famous in the Asian market, that why they pushed it to syndication. But BatB is not that successful abroad, so hopefully you get to syndication anyway.

Can I prove all that, no! But is is sooo easy to do it. The show-runners don't care, because they want their show to be renewed, it is just the network who looses. Go for it, if it works for you! Again no offense!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Lol hey I dont have the time to appear in different platforms we are who we are.

    ReplyDelete
  29. This is simple, we dont duplicate votes, this is based on how much fans talk about their show in this site and for obvious reason the amount of beasties is more than GOT fans talking about their show.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Personally, something as small like that wouldnt irritate me but I have read mean posts about it and even call the fandom a bunch of ignorant just for using # BatB

    ReplyDelete
  31. So if quantity is the measurement, than the fan base of BatB wins (comments are kind of short, right? so you are beating the system that way)! I feel like a stepped into a hornets nest, I don't care! As I said, go for it.

    ReplyDelete
  32. also Batb has the Asian market and this article confirms it

  33. batb #batb for ever

    ReplyDelete
  34. BatB deserves just where it should be #1!

    ReplyDelete
  35. Wow, literally every comment is BATB.

Nice to see Teen Wolf up there coming up to season 4 premiere :)

    ReplyDelete
  36. I know (i didn t mean you 😉, your message was a kind request) i ve seen those posts too and some of them were pretty hatefull, they even didn t want to watch the show anymore because of it ❓❓❓ i just don t understand what the fuss is all about 😱

    ReplyDelete
  37. Thanks for sharing BJ. I was always taught if you cant say anything positive or nice dont say anything at all. You have just insulted a whole fandom under the guise of anonymity, how brave of you. As for cheating fandoms, we weren't the ones caught cheating at the PCA awards, that was those other fandoms with the high ratings. But regardless, we won anyway, without cheating

    ReplyDelete
  38. Maybe more fans just voted this time around. Did anyone ever think of that. BatB has been off air for 3 months and now its back with new episodes. The rest of the shows are in reruns, except for GOT. Its summer, so it stands to reason, people who have already seen a show arent going to care if they see it or rate it. I watch GOT to, but I didnt rate it, but I did rate BatB, cause I know GOT doesnt really need the leg up. Also, a lot of International fans stream this show and follow all the sites. I should know, I correspond with the fans from Spain. So instead of accusing us of cheating, stop and think before you speak and offend other fans

    ReplyDelete
  39. It wouldn't bother me, if I saw hashtags on other poeples posts, who cares, thst's their prerogative. Those people who attack obviously have other issues if they nick pick at #

    ReplyDelete
  40. Sorry, congrats to Teen Wolfers on S4. I hope you get to enjoy it for many more years.
We BatB fans are sick and tired of others offending it's fans with their comments. They dont realize that if they insult the show we are passionate about, they insult us as a fandom, who work very hard promoting our show because we love it. We don't insult other people's shows, yet they see it as fair game to be hateful. It is a VERY SAD reflection on the society we live in today and a sad reflection and the kind of people that walk amongst us.

    ReplyDelete
  41. Thanks Cheryl, It was a brand new episode and we have been chomping at the bit for 3 months now. And the wait was worth it cause it was truly awesome. Its no wonder fans had so much to comment on after 3 months of no shows.

    ReplyDelete
  42. We just love to talk about the Vincat romance, which is sizzling by the way. And Vincent, well, lets just say he's pretty hot. So yeah, we are very active on social media and participate in everything there is. After 3 months on hiatus, lets face it we have been severely deprived, so its no surprise to me that all the fans were on site commenting have happy they were. I know I was.

    ReplyDelete
  43. I'm glad. BATB deserves the first place!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Well it seems you barely comment in disquis so I cant really argue about something you dont manage enough. But again my point to your original post, we are a lot of USA beasties as well.

    ReplyDelete
  45. I thought of relate the message to my fellow beasties, to take another approach and try not to instigate the hatefull posts in here.

    ReplyDelete
  46. Thx for saying you didn't want to upset anyone. I like GoT too BTW. But I explained it in another reply and others do to, BatB is popular abroad, it's sold to 200 markets (info by CBS Int.). So again, if international fans are active on here or anywhere else it can't be translated into the same number of viewer bc that's only based on the US viewers. I guess not many Nielsen box households watch it. And it's not only about ratings anymore when they make renewal decisions. And like someone said, we are very active bc we were so glad it's back after this long hiatus!

    ReplyDelete
  47. No, you didn't offend at all. I'm not angry at you, just in general at some comments I've reading. Just because BatB has low ratings doesn't mean they dont have a very loyal and interactive fanbase. The fact that we win polls and awards, doesnt mean we cheat, it just means we are more active. Thanks for the reply by the way
