ABC Studios is keeping its ABC drama pilot Clementine alive by extending the options on the cast that were set to expire at the end of the month. Clementine was on the short list of ABC series pickup contenders but missed the cut. It was one of two supernatural/genre drama pilots, along with The Whispers (aka The Visitors), which went to series.

I'm glad the project is alive but a pickup is still a long shot. I kind of felt like Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber while reading this...

C'mon ABC c'mon!! This is the pilot that I was most sad about not moving forward (drama wise) and there is always room for more sci-fi/fantasy on TV. I really hope ABC picks this up for midseason.
ReplyDeleteABC has quite a few dramas for midseason so chances of this getting picked up are slim.
ReplyDeleteThe only reason I can think for the options being extended is so that ABC Studios can try to sell the show to cable.
ReplyDeletePlease pick up this show was one of the shows I was looking forward to watch beside Agatha which wasn't pick up that stupid show I'm not watching is Secrets & Lies the other dramas I'm looking forward to watch
ReplyDeletecould a be a new Devious Maids
ReplyDeleteCould be. I can't think of a network that would be a good fit for the show off hand though.
