    I'm scratching my head that she's in handcuffs and on this physical plane. Did she find a human to possess who coincidentally looks identical to the form she took back in season 2?

    Looks decent enough. I may be in the small minority of fans who actually think S9 isn't as bad as it has been made out to be. Sure, there has been the odd one or two episodes that haven't been great or "Season 8 Quality" episodes but as a whole it ain't THAT BAD! Again I am probably in a small minority, but that's just MY OPINION.


    Complaints for episodes that claim to be Winchester-lite and focus too much on guest characters have been exaggerated a little, I think. But again, MY OPINION.


    Also this episode will be the 200th!

    But this isn't contradicting anything. Reapers can be seen by humans that are not close to death if the reaper choose to let them and if they can also be bound by spells, I wouldn't put it past the idea that those handcuffs can bound a reaper, much like those handcuffs that can keep a demon like Crowley at bay.

    Next episode I think. The actress was talking about how reapers are now Angels. Hopefully that's been cut.

    We don;t know what she meant by angels. She could mean they are angels of Death, since he created them and they serve him, like angels with God.

    I always thought the show was a bit wonky with reapers. They showed Tessa in her true form in 2x01, which was spirit like, and then in the same episode she gets possessed by Azazel. Which made no sense since her true form was a spirit, so if she doesn't have a body how can it be possessed. There are other things like Alastair being able to physically grab reapers while he was in his meatsuit.

    The show structures its seasons a certain way, if people have been watching the show from the beginning they should have noticed this a long time ago. Look at from season 4 on, they have a very deliberate structure with the myth and stand alone episodes.


    And the complaints about the show not dealing with the villains enough, again, look at any past season and the big bads are barely in them.

    Reapers have had retcon after retcon from season 2 on. Tessa and her true form looked nothing like reapers in season 1.
