In this episode of Salem, things are becoming more difficult and dangerous for several characters as their secrets are in danger of being exposed. This leads them to protect themselves at all costs. It was a solid episode that built on last week’s episode and continues to dig further into the characters’ thoughts.

-Mary plans to accuse her next victim don’t go smoothly.
-Tensions continue to escalate between Magistrate Hale and Mary after she bespelled his daughter in the last episode.
-Magistrate Hale senses that John doesn’t trust him, and he sets about trying to earn John’s trust.
-Someone close to Mary brings an acquaintance to town from John’s past.
-Tituba is forced to ask for John’s help unbeknownst to Mary.
-Mary’s husband finds a good use for the knitting needle he stole in the last episode.
-Rev. Mather has a confrontation in the church.
-Mary struggles to maintain control over Mercy.
With this episode things are definitely beginning to get quite interesting. Some things are revealed which could be game changers in the next couple of episodes.
