    Andy is an idiot if she goes back to Sam - you can't build a relationship just on fireworks and that's all they had (there is a reason the saying "crash and burn" exists). You need to be able to communicate and Sam is not able to do so, and even Andy when she was with him had trouble doing so!!! They were always doing something and then appologizing for it, because the other one didn't approve of it - that's not a relationship, it's a farse based on sex.

    I love Rookie Blue but I did not enjoy just seeing Andy roll around in bed with SAM!! Poor Nick :( Nick and Andy were so fun and happy together, such a sweet couple.

    Nick was nothing but a friend but benefit for andy she always loved sam, it was meant to go back to them , they belong together, sorry mcollins fans, season 5 is for mcswareck

    Yay Andy and Sam all the way, you cannot deny chemistry and that is what these 2 have. Nick was the safe option like Luke, the trouble with safe options is you always wonder and think about what the 'not so safe options' would be like. McSwarek wins my vote.

    looks like my post has disappeared!! but heyho - I am all for McSwarek, the chemistry between Andy and Sam is great. Not a fan of safe option Nick, that's like dating your Mother's choice - but lets see where the story takes us.

    As much as it hurts to McCollins fans have you seen the special Behind the Badge? Why settle with Nick, if she can be with who she really loves that is Sam.
    Hopefully the writers stop throwing crap at Sam's character and give him the growth he needs to be with Andy.

    I think Sam's trying to be a better boyfriend in general. There were moments with Marlo that you could tell he was struggling but he wanted to try it. I think that counts for a lot. Andy loves him and he knows he needs to be a better person in order to be with her. Maybe almost dying is the way to go. It'll probably be a wake up call for him.
    But in the end, I don't care. I just need Sam and Andy together. lol
