    Ha, I just said the same in the extended promo post XD Looks like they will be tying it in somehow don't they. Catherine restricted access to him as he lay dying in real life, so maybe that will happen in the show too; he could only be slightly hurt and she finishes him off possibly?

    LOL, haven't checked the extended promo yet I'm sure we're not the only ones who thought it. I wouldn't put it pass them to make more... melodramatic. Although a piece of wood through your eye should be dramatic enough, but it wouldn't be strange at all for Catherine to poison him just to make sure he meets his maker.
