Decent for Crossbones, but I don't understand why NBC gave it the Friday slot for summer.
ReplyDeleteThe only NBC show I put on my watch list for this summer. I'm assuming they fill the rest of their (much better) time slots with complete dreck. The only worse time slot would have been Saturday at 10pm.
ReplyDeletegood for "Whose Line is it Anyway?"
ReplyDeletePlus the steep drop from the Dateline 9:30 lead-in. Viewers clearly flipped to 20/20 & Blue Bloods as both gained in demo from lead-ins. Perhaps that's why NBC dumped Crossbones to Friday at 10.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't look like good numbers for Crossbones, but it's on Fridays in the Summer, so I'm not sure what they expect.
ReplyDeleteStill, seems like a bizarre choice. Even if it screened horribly, I don't see why they wouldn't move a rerun out of a better slot in order to give a new show a chance. There was about 3 seconds of blood and barely even a hint of nudity (less than most primetime shows), so I'm not even sure why they put it at 10pm.
ReplyDeleteIt's weird I agree, because they had space on Wednesdays for it.
