So so hard to decide. But I think that the finale really was my favorite episode. But, I also picked : S03E06 ( for Ariel ), S03E09 ( Regina was so good in it ) , S03E14 ( for Rapunzel ) and S03E20 ( for Dorothy )
Save Henry. I didn't start watching until this last season. But this episode about Regina adopting Henry, is what won me over to the show. Lana Parrilla deserves an Emmy for that performance.
Going Home, hands down. "It's not easy being green", "Save Henry" and the finale are very fine runners up, being incredibly well written, acted and executed, but "Going Home" is home run, an episode that really feels like OUAT at its best
Going Home because I've almost never felt this much watching an ouat episode, it was glorious, my heart was beating so hard during the town line scene! Save Henry because of Regina/Henry and Witch Hunt because Regina and Emma are my favorite and this ep was beautiful for them!
Witch Hunt, Going Home and Save Henry. The season finale disappointed me. It wasn't a bad episode or anything I just thought they could have done so much more with the concept and used it in a more intelligent manor. It was a time travel episode from the people who made Lost...I expected to have to think a bit whilst watching it. Instead it was like being spoon fed baby food.
I love Regina so Save Henry was always going to be one of my favourites. More importantly though it actually portrayed the concept of adoption far better than the show had previously.
I don't think they just don't like Captain Swan. I just think there's a lot of people (here and everywhere) who really like to dislike and to criticize OUAT. I just don't understand why they keep watching, they always complain about the writers choices.
I couldn't agree more with you about the season finale and Captain Swan. I wonder how Charming and Snow will find out about this and how they will react. :)
Really? Captain Swan is really popular. For some reason nothing beats Swan Queen in this fandom. Anyway, I am only here for the spoilers. FYI I love Captain Swan, Outlaw Queen, Rumbelle, and Snowing, so I was happy with the finale except for the Maid Marian stuff. =( Still bitter over that.
Personally I didn't like the finale one bit, but each to their own I suppose. My top four would be (not in order): - Going Home - Witch Hunt - Save Henry - Quite A Common Fairy
The season was spoiled for me by the season final, not all of it just the parts that completely destroyed Snowfalls, saw comments here about only started watching this season, & Captain Swan finally happened, if you had seen season one you would know that episode was not all new, they took the beautiful special first ever Snowing episode, & butchered it to make it into a Captain Swan i have been here since the pilot, never before have i ever, complained, is any of season one safe, how would any Dearies feel if they did it to Skin Deep the very first Rum Belle, another beautiful special episode, Hook was not even in season one, so why go back, & butcher season one, any of you who have never seen season one i suggest you go back, & watch the original Snowfalls, i can't watch it anymore without seeing the way it was butchered
Save Henry and Going Home were my favorites this season.
Actually, I enjoyed this season as a whole. I like the format of splitting the show up into two mini-seasons, with different story arcs. I liked almost all of the recurring and even guest stars, especially Tinkerbell, although Ariel and Rapunzel were great too. I like how their character portrayals and their characters' storylines contributed to the show.
How did they butcher it exactly? Emma managed to bring Snow & Charming together AND was also able to witness them falling in love. In my book it's rather exciting.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
So so hard to decide.

EVERY SINGLE EPISODE was my favourite, except the 2-hour finale.
ReplyDeleteI loved the finale. IMO It was the best episode of all the Seasons ;)
ReplyDeleteThe 2hr Finale was the best.
ReplyDeleteI loved most of the episodes this season (there are maybe 2-3 exceptions),but Going Home and the finale are probably my favorites.
ReplyDeleteEvery episode except the 2 hour finale.
ReplyDeleteGoing Home and The Finale.
ReplyDeleteI vote for the finale.

ReplyDeleteEp20, Kansas.
ReplyDeleteWhy not the finale?
ReplyDeleteSave Henry, Midseason Premiere, Witch Hunt and It's Not Easy Being Green. Season finale was a disappointment compared to past seasons.
ReplyDeleteOn a whole this season wasn't very good but the season finale made up for it.
ReplyDeleteThe actual finale was boring and completely unmoving emotionally so I had go with GOING HOME.
ReplyDeleteNew york city serenade (3x12), it´s not easy been green (3x16), A curious thing (3x19), and the finale (3x21 and 3x22).
ReplyDeleteThe only episode I liked from 3A was episode 11, that episode plus episode 12 and 21/22 were my favourite.
ReplyDeleteAs a whole this season has been pretty good. In my opinion the best episodes were the finale and going home
ReplyDelete"Going Home" felt a lot like an episode of Lost which made it an easy winner in my mind.
ReplyDeleteThink Lovely Thoughts- It's not easy being green and Going home :)
ReplyDeleteGoing Home, Save Henry and Witch Hunt win it for me... :)
ReplyDeleteI/we already watched that every scenes from past in first season. That's why I was like this:

Only one thing i liked was Emma, when she called her parents per "mom" and "dad", I hope permanently.
Going Home and Witch Hunt were the best this season imo. Bleeding Through and Save Henry are also very good.
ReplyDeleteFinale
ReplyDeleteGoing Home
Bleeding Through
It's Not Easy Being Green
Witch Hunt, for top 5
Think Lovely Thoughts and Quite a Common Fairy were good too.

ReplyDeleteWhen I went to school 1% was more than 0.68% so why is the Jolly Roger being ranked higher than the Tower.
