1x10-1x11 and then everything from 1x13 onwards. But the very best ones are 1x13, 1x17 and the finale. I think. After the CA: TWS crossover, the show simply became absolutely amazing and it's hard to make specific picks.
A hard choice, this season has been amazing! But, I don't know, I guess I'd give my vote to FZZT. Maybe there were other even better episode, but that particular one pretty much sold me on the show's potential! I loved it before, but FZZT showed me that what I was watching was a little jewel! :)
1. Nothing Personal (Maria Hill & May, Ward's secret is out (twice: Ward is Hydra, Ward is not so independent and straightforward even in his "badness")), team's reaction, Skye & Ward scenes (at the restaurant, on the plane — every one one of them is priceless. Coulson and team vs Tallbot, Deathlok ("nothing personal"), escape from the plane in Lola, final scene (OK, now I'm gonna name every scene) 2. Beginning of the End (Excellent episode and excellent finale. Fury's cameo which was much more. Choices made (“We are our choices”, as Jean-Paul Sartre said). And it actually IS a finale, not a stupid cliffhahger! 3. Turn, Turn, Turn (The day that's changed everything. It was sad, it was breathtaking). 4. Ragtag (Team going old-style, Coulson & May in the field together, Ward's story and his choices (and rather poor ones). 5. Eye Spy (Concept of "eye-spy" and her controller, action scenes over the globe. Good drama). 6. T.R.A.C.K.S (Interesting episode structure, final twist and undercover team work) 7. The Girl in the Flower Dress (Skye's secret is out. Coulson & Skye. Raina. And yes, I love the first scene with "Sea Battle".) 8. F.Z.Z.T.("Alien connection" of the case (and a really interesting one), FitzSimmons dynamics, last talk of Coulson and fire fighter. Ward & other characters.)
Hands down the finale, I watched this show at the beginning and my interest kind of fizzled out with it then I decided to catch the finale just to see where the stories ended up and I was blown away! It was one of the best if not the best season finale of a tv show I've seen in years and I will definitely be back for more in season two because of it.

Beginning of the End, though others are nearly as good (Turn, Turn, Turn)...
