Ward taking care of FitzSimmons, thanks for ripping apart my heart show! Their little faces :( I LOVED the May/Skye scene, Skye can learn a lot from May and I hope we get that next season.
Ward taking care of FitzSimmons was just outright heartbreaking! :( I also loved the May/Skye scene and Fitz using the EMP. That was so badass of him and how he was afterwards.
After this episode, Fitz has to realize that he can't defend Ward's actions any more. The rest of the team know that Ward is Hydra, hopefully his denial is over. It was getting a bit annoying.
And again I want to choose almost every scene from the episode. 1. Hilarious: - Coulson and old-style spy-tech - "file transfer" - May&Coulson doing Fitz-Simmons 2. Drama&Suspense -May&Skye -Ward and Fitz-Simmons. ОК. I really think, that being dumped in a container is better than being shot to death in the head. At least, they have a chance.
The whole "Ward story" was very difficult to watch with Garrett, finishing what Ward's brother had started.
This this this. They have set up that character trait for Coulson from the pilot. Not only does he know what it all is, he knows how to use it -- and he LOVES it!. This was such a beautiful moment I could just kiss everyone involved! Brilliant writing!
Hmmmm. I think we did see the chink in Ward's armour. I don't believe he killed Buddy - and I think he jetisoned Fitz and Simmons into the water because it wouldn't kill them - they still have a fighting chance. And this is Fitz and Simmons after all - I bet they can find a way out of this!
There were so many I'm not sure I can narrow it down.
May being both geeky and awesome in the hallway. The "file transfer." Trip and Coulson geeking out over the old school equipment. Fitz using the EMP. Learning about Skye and Raina having a connection. May talking about dealing with Ward and essentially telling Skye she'll help her learn to fght. I mean they were all just awesome.
Yeah that was my first thought as well, that maybe he cares a little. But it really comes down to the season finale, isn't it? Ward has to choose a side (and some of us fans are not sure which side he's on after this episode). He didn't want to kill Buddy and he didn't want to kill Fitz and Simmons. Instead he threw them in the ocean so they could be far away from Garrett. But his loyalty to Garrett is stronger then his friendship to Coulson and the team??
I loved the scene where Fitz used the EMP. Garrett may not have died but I loved the fact that he got so close to death. That way he gets a taste of the bitter medicine he's been dishing out to others. I wish Raina hadn't injected him with GH325 though.
I just rewatched the last episode,in pool scene after the undercover mission and Skye said to Fitz ''you want a fact Fitz?Ward murders people.I should have let Mike finish him when i had the chance''. Tripplett react like he know something about Ward.
Throwing them into the water seems like an outright attempt to kill them. Ward couldn't get into the room (that's why he kept trying to get Fitz to open the doors) so throwing the cell out of the plane was the only way to kill them. The impact alone would be brutal, and that box doesn't look like it'd float.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeletehopefully May become Skye SO and mother figure/mentor as she still a rookie agent......
ReplyDeleteCoulson going crazy over the spy gadget
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping for that!

ReplyDeleteI agree, hope that happens.
ReplyDeleteFitz trying to understand Ward was rough. Iain De Caestecker is great at delivering those lines that would sound speech-y on other shows.
ReplyDeleteHopefully May will start training Skye and Trip will train Fitz.
ReplyDeleteThat and the large file transfer were great light moments in this episode.
ReplyDeleteOh I totally want this now! First thing Trip can train Fitz on - how do do a proper fistbump!
ReplyDeleteAfter this episode, Fitz has to realize that he can't defend Ward's actions any more. The rest of the team know that Ward is Hydra, hopefully his denial is over. It was getting a bit annoying.
ReplyDeleteWard not telling Garrett about Sky, file transfer- hilarious.

ReplyDeleteFitz using the EMP.
ReplyDeleteThat was so almost one of the scenes!!!
ReplyDeleteYES!
ReplyDeleteYES! That would be great!
ReplyDeleteLarge file transfer should have been one of the scenes! *facepalm*
ReplyDeleteRight?!? This is the point I've been trying to make SINCE the Pilot - this show has super careful writing - all working toward this!
ReplyDeleteIt's his heartbreak that is laced throughout each comment - he's so great in these episodes.

ReplyDeleteI'm such an idiot for not including large file transfer!

'get ready for a file transfer' :D
ReplyDeleteI'd love that. They are both my favorite characters and I think it would do each of them good to learn and pick up certain traits from the other.
ReplyDeleteWard taking care of Fitz and Simmons was so heartbreaking. Bear McCreary's score was beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI know! lol I was giggling when Fitz delicately placed his hands on Trip's fist and Trip's expression was priceless. :D

ReplyDeleteGot to be Coulson and the old spy gear. It was awesome. He was so adorable. Plus loved the "file transfer" scene.
