I'm always a sucker for the Charming Family three-way hug (with Charming's hand on the back of Emma's head) so getting it here with Emma calling Mary Margaret and David Mom and Dad was so sweet.
The scene in the vault where Emma says that SB was her home and that she missed her parents. In addition to when she told Mary Margaret and called them Mom and Dad.
EVERY FREAKIN SCENE WITH HOOK EMMA. THEY R SO PERFECT I M JUST šššššššššššššš šššššššššššššššššš
Emma confessing Rumple that Neal is dead, Jennifer was brilliant like never before. I love when she is so fragile, like with August in the pinochioo episode.
there were a lot of great scenes in the episode, Emma/Hook, Rumple, Charming family... but because of the ending and the fact that I'm mad and very sad now (there is no logical and believable resolution to Regina/Robin love story ending in happy ending) I'll go with Regina telling Robin about the tattoo and that stroll towards Granny's. And now I can go sit in a corner and cry mentally :(
I wish I could pick more than one favorite scene. This episode was awesome in so many ways. The Hook/Emma scenes, all of the Charming/Snow scenes. The part where Emma realizes that Snow is alive and then realizes that Snow doesn't know her had me almost in tears too. The scene with Rumple and Emma at the end was amazing. Brilliant acting from everyone. If it weren't for the last few minutes, this could have actually been a perfect finale to the entire series.
Lots of really good scenes last night but if I had to pick just one, it would be Hook and Emma at the end. I've been waiting so long for this, over a year now.
As a Robin Hood fan I loved their family reuniting. I like Regina but I hope the Hood family stays together. I never thought I would say this however my favourite scenes were all the Hook/Emma ones plus I thought JM acted beautifully when Goodwin's Snow White cane back when she thought her dead. Overall I really enjoyed this ep, probably the only scene I felt a little strange was Charming and Hook discussing their love lives.
1) When Emma begged Rumple to drink the potion. Emma's undying love confession for Neal was so heartbreaking. Her "You can't take that away from him" was seriously emotional. Such a simple sentence yet so powerful. But I laughed out loud when Rumple was confused as to why he was there.
2) Emma was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. in this episode. Her finally admitting that SB is her home, and her finally getting a taste of living in the fairy tale, and her finally kissing Hook. Just amazing. I love her so much now.
3) I love how they revisited the whole Snow meeting Charming story but with a little twist. I thought it would be boring, but I enjoyed the whole episode.
That was my favorite part. I think she finally accepted that they are her family and they truly love her. I loved her going back in the past and seeing how her parents fell in love. She was a product of that love. I think she liked that. To see her parents have a life before they even had her. She realized what amazing people they are and I actually think she is proud of them. She finally saw what they went through. I was very happy for that.
The scenes between Regina and Robin - because I love these two together and because how wonderfully they set everything up for the penultimate scene with Robin and Marian. The subsequent confrontation between Emma and Regina was my favourite moment of the finale – it was heartbreaking, and Lana Parrilla played it beautifully. Also, it’s hard not to love that loaded with double meaning “just hope to hell you didn’t bring anything else back.” Other than that... the scene in which Emma tells Rumple that she also loved Neal and that he should respect his sacrifice was a powerful one. Trying to film the past scenes with pregnant (post-pregnant?) Ginnifer has produced mixed results. In general, the finale had some funny moments, but I think that OUAT delivered better episodes in the past (the mid-season finale comes to mind).
Every single scene of Emma and Hook was amazing - the little ones, like him wiping her tears away & holding her as they thought Snow was being executed - as well as the big ones; their kiss was so beautiful and moved me deeply. All the love in the world in that one kiss...so tender and loving. Brilliant finale.
The Rumpel and Belle wedding was my favourite although I did like the Hood family reunion scene for the snippet between Emma and Regina. Lana's acting was spot on.
I voted for the Hook/Emma kiss when he reveals that he traded his ship to get back to her after the second curse. Emma FINALLY truly embracing her fairytale parents as her well, parents, lol, and realising Storybrook was her home was a close second. It felt like this whole ep was build up for that moment and now that she's had it in such a big way, future seasons should be about her embracing her family and not running from it - VERY WELCOMED CONCEPT, lol.
I absolutely adored all the Regina and Robin scenes ❤. It did however make the ending that much more painful. The fact that her happiness was taken away so fast was just too much. Hopefully next year everything is rectified.
I went with Other since I couldn't find the scene in the list: Regina telling Robin about the tattoo and them opening up to each other in the beginning of the episode. That, the vows scene and the revelation of Elsa were my favourite.
I loved seeing the first time Emma meets Rumple in the Enchanted forest. And the other part I love is seeing Red appear to help Charming, and Hook, and we get to see her wolf form again.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteEmma calling Mary Margaret and David by "Mom and Dad". Only this, rest was just like...

ReplyDeleteWinter is coming
ReplyDelete:D
ofcourse the winter coming
ReplyDeleteBelle and Rumple takes vows cause that whole scene was excellent! and of course Winter is coming
ReplyDeleteI loved Belle & Rumple exchanging vows, that was really done. Overall an excellent finale I thought :)
ReplyDeleteTHE ENTIRE EPISODE WAS PERFECT! IS IMPOSSIBLE CHOSE ONE SCENE!
ReplyDeleteThe scene in the vault where Emma says that SB was her home and that she missed her parents. In addition to when she told Mary Margaret and called them Mom and Dad.

ReplyDeleteYes. I hope she will call them Mom and Dad more often now.

ReplyDeleteNone of it. They've ruined Emma Swan and the whole show for me.
ReplyDeleteLots of really good scenes last night but if I had to pick just one, it would be Hook and Emma at the end. I've been waiting so long for this, over a year now.
ReplyDeleteAgree. Third season was amazing, but finale? BORING, BORING AND BORING. Even Rumplestiltskin seems to me looking like he was ill and swollen.
ReplyDeleteI was hoping in great return of Kirstin Bauer van Straten as Maleficent and not some
boring Elsa from boring "Frozen".
Everything with Emma and her parents in Storybrook and Enchanted Forest Past Rumbelle Wedding
ReplyDeletePerfectly wrong for each other. They've ruined Emma putting her with that creep.
ReplyDeleteAs a Robin Hood fan I loved their family reuniting. I like Regina but I hope the Hood family stays together.

I don't get the urge for Elizabeth Mitchell as Elsa. Am I missing something? She just seems too old for the part. What's the deal?
ReplyDelete1) When Emma begged Rumple to drink the potion. Emma's undying love confession for Neal was so heartbreaking. Her "You can't take that away from him" was seriously emotional. Such a simple sentence yet so powerful. But I laughed out loud when Rumple was confused as to why he was there.

4) Elsa. Because why the hell not!
I remember you said before that it shouldn't be about what YOU want or hope. So good grief I guess.
ReplyDeleteThat was my favorite part. I think she finally accepted that they are her family and they truly love her. I loved her going back in the past and seeing how her parents fell in love. ReplyDeleteThe Emma / Rumple scene in the vault was my favorite. Both Morrison and Carlyle totally nailed that scene.
ReplyDeleteThe scenes between Regina and Robin - because I love these two together and because how wonderfully they set everything up for the penultimate scene with Robin and Marian. What's Sara Fav moment?
ReplyDeleteI Haven't watch the episode yet, cuz gotta wait for my friend to finish studying for some Law exam, so we can watch it together, hurry up Tuesday.
But my fav moment is gonna be Belle and Rumple exchange vows even what what he did last ep.
Because I love actress and I
ReplyDeletethink she be great in the role------------------------------
I liked what she said about realizing what she had been doing to them, holding them at a distance, and how it hurt to be on the other side of that.
ReplyDeleteYes but I can write about it what I hoped for.
ReplyDeleteThe opening scene between Robin and Regina. The only scene I really loved. Rest was .. meh
ReplyDeleteThe Rumbelle scene.
ReplyDeletePure perfection.
Every single scene of Emma and Hook was amazing - the little ones, like him wiping her tears away & holding her as they thought Snow was being executed - as well as the big ones; their kiss was so beautiful and moved me deeply. ReplyDeleteFavourite scene? Huuuum... Does the first 2 hours count as a scene? Because I loved every single minute!!!
ReplyDeleteI voted for the Hook/Emma kiss when he reveals that he traded his ship to get back to her after the second curse. ReplyDeleteNotice Regina wasn't even mentioned in that list because nothing good ever happens to her :(
ReplyDeleteI loved them choosing a name for the baby, but the name itself... I kind of hoped for it to be Daniel or maybe a double name!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely adored all the Regina and Robin scenes ❤. It did however make the ending that much more painful. The fact that her happiness was taken away so fast was just too much. Hopefully next year everything is rectified.
ReplyDeleteRegina and Robin

ReplyDeleteThey totally forgot the emotional Outlaw Queen scene in front of the fireplace, where Regina tells Robin about the prophecy !
