ReplyDeleteChristina looking at the hologram heart was awesome. But I thought it was awesome of Burke to give Christina the hospital, she could do so many things with it. But the ending, when Meredith knew Christina was leaving just broke my heart, there each other's person :)

ReplyDeleteThat hologram was really awesome and I didn't see Burke giving Cristina the hospital. I was very wary of Burke's return and I had no idea what I wanted but this played out pretty well.
ReplyDeleteI agree, I was worried about that. I didn't see that either, but i think it's the best way for Christina to go, and not be killed off (I really can't take another Grey's Anatomy death).
ReplyDeleteShonda wouldn't dare kill off Cristina Yang. I'm just glad Sandra Oh announced her departure early enough for her to write a proper farewell.
ReplyDeleteI know right, I absolutely love this character, I can't watch her leave, I remember when I first heard about this, I was like how is the show going to go on, and what will happen to Owen and Meredith. So many feels.
ReplyDeleteI do have a question- was there suppose to be connection between April defending Jackson and Jackson conceding that he would be happy for his family to go church?
ReplyDeleteI cannot pick just one. April standing up for her husband was just great.The two of them in church was touching,i love the two of them together.
ReplyDeleteSeeing the hologram of the heart was awesome,and seeing both of the expressions brought back good memories of them.
But i think Burke realizing how far Cristina has come being a doctor, and picking her out of how many doctors and handing over the hospital to her knowing it will be in good hands was a wonderful revelation for him and compliment to her.
I always suspected he would offer her a job but never thought he would hand over a hospital! A HOSPITAL!!!

ReplyDeleteI think so. Last week, April clearly said that she wasn't ok with the foundation's decision and even in the middle of a fight, she stood up for him, she was on his side. So he made a step in her direction too. Because even if he doesn't share April's faith, he still shares her values.
ReplyDeleteI had mixed feelings with that pregnancy, but that scene was so beautiful. You could see how much love is there and how much they want to make it work. It was a first step, but there is a lot of things to work on. Anyways, I hope the writers keep going this way and don't screw up everything.
Loved the Japril church scene AND her defending Jackson. I was so tired of Webber and everyone else taking their anger out on Jackson...not even including him in a meeting. Ridiculous. Finally, his wife STOOD UP for him. Beautiful to see. Then that church moment with the "waffles"! So sweet!
ReplyDeleteI'm SO HAPPY that there is a Japril baby on the way! Such a new surprise. And imagine how adorable their baby will be. And now they are back together and are a family again. So they will love their baby so much. I can't wait!

My heart skipped a beat when I saw Burke walk down those stairs as I had been avoiding all spoilers, Twitter, Facebook etc as I wanted everything to come as a surprise. I am usually trolling the internet looking for spoilers about Grey's, but this season i didn't do that and I think that I actually enjoyed Season 10 more than I though I would.
