I really feel bad for Nick. I understand that Andy had to make a choice and the last thing she wanted to do was hurt Nick. There really wasn't any good way for that to turn out. The main difference is that Andy is coming out of this happy and with someone, and Nick is coming out of this heartbroken. Andy's reaction to him leaving spoke volumes.
To be honest, I don't think it's over by a longshot. She made her choice, but I have a feeling she's going to start regretting it soon. A lot of people are judging Nick for walking away from her like that, but he had every right to be angry. I think getting as far from her as possible was a good idea instead of getting angry at her right there.
But mark my words, the pain she felt when he walked away isn't going to go away.
Thanks for the review. I prefer McCollins myself but I think Andy do owe it to herself and Sam to try ONE LAST TIME, but if they fail to make it I will be seriously PO if the writers make them try again just caused they are suppose to be 'endgame'. Poor Nick but hang on, knowing McSwarek history, it's at least 50/50 chance that he will win in the end.
I really hope Nick isn't just going to wait for her to finally choose him. Too many shows do that these days and it annoys me so much. I hope he finds someone else as well.
Not a bad opening. The way they're setting it up, I'm almost certain Andy will regret going back to Swarek. However, I felt terrible for Nick right now. I really hope that Frank will not take the blame for everything that happened in the station and that Sam and Andy take the responsibility for some of this.
There are so many couples in this division that I'm starting to lose track of who's with who! But the scenes with Traci and Peck as well as Gail and Holly were adorable. I still have a tough time getting behind Dov and Chloe and I wish they had found someone better to pair Dov with (although now that Gail is no longer in the running, I'm fresh out of ideas). He's one of my favorite characters, so it sucks that half of his scenes will include or revolve around one of the most annoying characters on the show. I'd rather they kept him single.
I don't even care if McSwarek are the worst, I love them. This was a good episode. I was afraid for Chloe, even though I never really liked her before. Next episode looks interesting.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Mcswareck is back, yeah!
ReplyDeleteI loved it! I wanted to see more Gail/Holly, but I'm sure we'll have it in the upcoming episodes.

ReplyDeletelooks like there will be changes to 15 Division including sgt Best suspended?
ReplyDeleteI thought Chloe was going to die before dove got back. I would be swimming in a pool of tears if that happened.

SO GLAD McSwarek's BACK!! *happy dance*
ReplyDeleteI thought the ep was ok...not enough Sam or Oliver for my liking....
I though Missy and Peter nailed that end scene. Nick's puppy dog eyes and Andy's absolute despair at hurting him. Well acted you two!!
ReplyDeletei hope Chris finds love in this season..he deserves it and he's cute:p
