    Mikaelson family reunion next season!!! CAN'T FREAKING WAIT. Well, minus Kol. ):



    Part of me wishes they kept the baby in NOLA, cause it would have been interesting seeing how the dynamic between everyone would play out with a baby in their lives. (Klaus and Co. arguing over who's turn it is to change Hope's diaper. But not only would the baby slow down the pace of the show, it really would be too easy for someone to kill her.


    Phoebe Tonkin's acting was really underwhelming for most of the episode though.

    Yeah I know huh? Julie Pec said that they didn't want Vampire Diaires to go out on a season when the fanbase was low. She wanted to leave on a high note. She knows it cannot go on forever. I imagine the end will be dawning soon for Vampire Diaires and then they will focus on The Originals.

    Because Marcel tried to stop Klaus from killing her because he felt she was a child. And he tried to stop the Harvest Ritual sacrifices because the witches were killing children. He saw them all as children. So I agree with you I really never thought of Davina or the other witches as children but Marcel did and so did Elijah. He made reference to it when he was in the attic with Davina. Elijah said he would't kill a child.

    First Off: I still love this show more then TVD.
    So happy Rebecca was back for a second. I'm glad mommy and daddy are back. I believe the black guy is Finn since he was such a mama's boy.
    So went from loosing one original to gaining 2. If only the actor who played Kol wasnt busy with his new show. :/ I guess they can bring him back in a new body.
    I got a feeling baby Hope will be back but not as a baby.
    A+++ 1st season.

    I am not satisfied with the ending. But I did love seeing Rebekah again. I can't really picture her as a mom, though. But I'm glad Klaus gave her the baby.

    I wanted Hayley to live, so I'm glad she's a hybrid now.

    Mikael becoming Davina's slave was probably one of the best scenes.

    And Gen got what she deserved. And yay to Monique being gone. Too fast, though, I think she needed a long torture.

    Marcel saved the day.

    I am glad Esther is back, it's just somehow, it didn't feel like enough of a cliffhanger at the end. Looking forward to next season, though.

    Im really looking forward to them bringing the baby back so I'm keeping my fingers crossed theu do. And if they do an older version I have some ideas on who should play the part. Looking forward to season two. I didn't want to like this show as I hate TVD but TO is great and I'm glad I started watching it.

    This show Is starting to fall In VD trap of regurals always coming back,magic and magic bllod solution to all writers problems and witches too powerful.Since midseason they have been letting too many get hand over klaus and now the werewolves get away with all they did.


    They really need a character who can fill rebekah's place.Hayley and cami aren't cutting it.

    Awesome! Esther, & Mikael! Next season is gonna be a doozy. Glad Hayley lived and glad the baby lived. Happy to see Bex again. Marcel & Klaus fighting on the same side again! I wonder how long next season it'll take them to find out about Oliver's part in the bayou bombings? Everyone did such a fantastic job in their acting. So sad & we got some closure & just enough of a tease for next season.

    OMG!! That was phenomenal!!! I couldn't stop crying and when I did a new scene would come on then I cried some more. Geez!! HOPE HER NAME IS HOPE!!! And she's as CUTE AS A FREAKING BUTTON! She's so freaking precious!!! She looks like her mother and has her father's eyes. Lovely. And I'm gonna say this, CALLED IT. Knew they'd give the baby away and to Rebekah! Awwww, it was Sooo great to see her. Rebekah deserves this. She'll be the best aunt ever. I would love to see her reaction when it's time to changed the baby. LOL

    I loved everything about this episode, the beginning flashback of Klayley the jokes and Klaus touching her stomach for the first time, that was really sweet. Then the Elijah and Klaus scene and how Elijah broke down saying he let her in and he doesn't let anyone in. (Omg i cried my freaking eyes out at the moment). I'll admit i teared from shock when Gen slit Hayley's neck. I couldn't believe that. So i guess that means i've Finally warmed up to Hayley? Only took 3 yrs. =/ SO GLAD HAYLEY KILLED GENEVIEVE. SHE FREAKING DESERVED IT. EVIL BITCH! "Tell Klaus...I'm sorry." "'I'm Not!" Hell yeah Hayley.

    The whole scene with all 3 of them trying to save the baby was intense. That witches scene though, that was pretty badass. When they revealed ALL the witches and we saw the twins. I said oh crap! I feel that Hayley will be a little more tough now since she'll become a hybrid.(Good twist btw). And then who comes to save the freaking baby?? Mar-freakin-cel!! Really?? I mean great. You know what i'mI'm not even gonna talk shit. He lives to see another day after this day, i'mI'm cool with it. He earned it after what he did. I still hate him though. Lol I'll stay real about that. I thought his scene with Klaus was very well done, and when Klaus held his baby for the first time, I smiled. It doesn't matte how evil you are, baby's gonna change you every time. Lol

    Hayley's speech to Elijah and Klaus while holding her baby. My eyes were niagra falls. And my other ship, Klamille, omg that almost killed me. SO GLAD CAMI IS ALIVE!!! Ohhh, and let's talk alive for a minute. Mikael!! Idk what Davina did to him once those doors shut but I'm guessing she has something painful up her sleeve. Glad Josh is alive too. I would be really upset if he got killed. Also my heart dropped when Elijah pricked hope in the finger. Awwww her cries were so sad. I was all, "it's okay, it's almost over. You're so brave." Lol

    Lastly the big reveal....ESTHER AND FINN OMG!!! Anand you know what? I'm totally for it. We haven't seen Esther and Mikael in the same room, since their deaths. I can't wait to see the looks on Klaus, Elijah, and Mikael's faces when EstheR and Finn Standing there.

    Season 2 is gonna be Epic. Oh lastly this is the last post, iI can't NOT mention this...Haylijah FTW!! = p

    Turns out everyone was right about Rebekah taking the baby. What I don't get is why Hayley didn't fake her death and go as well. The witches killed her - so she was dead and they could have easily said that with the death of the baby she chose not to transition.

    I'm disappointed that turned Hayley into a hybrid. It was too predictable and I think they should have left her as a werewolf.

    Both Mikael & Esther are back in the picture. What I don't know is if Esther was brought back along with Finn or if it was Henrik (the child was died because he was mauled by werewolves). I'm assuming it wouldn't have been her firstborn who died as an infant.

    Marcel was alright in this episode. I was glad he accepted that he had set the chain of events in motion.

    Rebekah's main goal on Season 4 of TVD was her quest for a human life because she really wanted children - so maybe she will find some sort of peace with the baby and won't be so focused on chasing after the wrong guys.

    Klaus tried to kill her back in 1x13 and Marcel picked a fight with him in the middle of the street because Monique was a "child" (even though I don't consider her to be one, apparantly Marcel did).

    She should be. Hybrids become sired to whoever turned them and Dwayne (Tyler's test subject) was sired to the baby so Hayley should be as well, but then again Elena should still be sired to Damon so the sire-bond is a mythology was already inconsistent.

    Ok, I freaking loved that epi. I kinda feel that that epi or the last two should have been at the mid season break rather then the end of the season. Either that or it needed more of a cliff hanger.

    I'm a happy happy girl right now for the following reasons:
    Deigo = dead
    Monique = dead
    Genivieve = dead
    Baby = alive
    Bex = forgiven by Klaus and taking care of baby
    Marcel = ok not dead, but....made his peace with Klaus.

    I am still reeling over the fact that they made Hayley a hybrid. This I guess was the best way to resolve the issue of whether she and Klaus will get together to make more babies. But really....a hybrid....they could have brought her back from the dead, or something....Hayley hated hybrids and helped to kill them all (except Tyler). I guess it is good as she will always be tied to the baby....not sure how it will all pan out.

    I am ecstatic that they brought Esther back! Like beyond. However, not so happy that they did not get the original actress to play her. Same goes with Finn. Actually, it is a real bummer. New actresses tend to try to put their own spin on stuff. I liked Esther just fine in TVD.

    Things I could do without:
    Davina = being alive
    Cami = same as above
    Francesca = alive
    Oliver = alive

    These two characters drive me crazy bonkers. Cami, seriously....needs to get a clue. She literally handed Davina the implements of torture - tools to bring back Mikhail, then has the nerve to try to go and console Klaus. Ugh. Davina is a brat. She needs to go. Also, I think and I always have thought, that she is too young to be on the show. She makes the show PG when it needs to stay adult.

    I feel like more people should have died, and the writers should have used this moment to clear house, and change the elements of the show that they needed to change. Sadly, they kinda kept everything where it was at, with no real big moves...other then to raise the dead. Oh yeah, and remove the baby so that the characters could still war among one another without having to take care of the baby.

    The powers that be need to bring the original Esther and Finn back. Maybe the nu-Esther and nu-Finn with go find their bodies and jump into them or something.

    I am totally with you about the baby. I wish she could have stayed as it would have humanized Klaus.

    I'm in total agreement with Phoebe's acting. Ugh. For goodness sakes, she barely had any lines...it was all action. I think she was ok for most of the show....it was the crying scene....but to be fair I think it was the editing of the show that did her in.

    I am just ecstatic over Esther.

    Was a great episode, I love when Hayley, Elijah and Klaus fight with the crazy witches, specially when that bitch, Monique die... and of course I hate Davina too, She is so stupid right now, I hope she will die next season XD. Wow I dont have much words, Rebekah was a very very good surprise, and his scene was OMG THATS HEARTBREAKING.
    In conclusion, I love this episode. The producers leaving us with good storylines, Bekah and Hope on the road, Esther and Fin? I NOT SURE OF HIM; but that was scary; I hate his new bodies but... Was good, I WAIT FOR SEASON 2 and of course,
    PLEASE BRING CAROLINE TO THE ORIGINALS!

    I blame Monique. That girl was seriously CRAZY! I was beyond shocked - that she was so cavalier about taking someones life. I find the witches in NOLA are not holding true to witch craft principles that the show has created for them....balance, nature....etc. The witches on this show are vengeful.

    True, but I don't think the baby is going to giving orders so it may not be an issue. The sire-bond would cause Hayley to be protective of the child but she would be that way anyway so it may not be an issue for her since the baby won't be around.

    decent finale for what was a somewhat lackluster back half of the season for me (at least the story was a bit more interesting than what was going on at the TVD) I'm hoping for a good close on the tvd as well as right now I'm not sure if I'll be coming back to either show, but TO has a better chance at this point.

    Well that is a good theory, but i don't believe she knows about Mikael returning. I mean she might, but then again, she just came back shortly after him. I think Esther and Finn are more into revenge of killing Klaus and Elijah and now Hayley. But i do like your theory.

    Yes! The scene where she proposes they send Hope away. Ugh, it had such great potential, if only she had the acting chops to deliver it. Hopefully, she'll get better over time lol.


    And I really hope they bring back the actors who played Ester and Finn back. Just visually seeing them all in one heated, tension filled room will be freaking fantastic. Even better if Kol shows up too. Like Klaus could go "this little family reunion can't get any worse...."


    ...then Kol saunters in with a smirk on his face. And every other Mikaelson just glares back at him.

    They have to let them lose, or else what kind of stakes or threat would they pose? None. I have to disagree with your point on magic and letting characters is, a) because of deaths like Sophie Devereaux and b) because witches are only powerful united and briefly as shown tonight by how Klaus' killing of the harvest girl defeated the witches and demonstrated the fragility of their power. On Rebekah, while I liked how character I always found her consistency, and actions much to be desired so I would rather they use her in small short doses.

    Elena was only sire bonded to Damon because Elena loved him when she was still human before she was a vampire.Damon / Elena sirebond was only broken when Damon turned off Elena's humanity after Jeremy's death. So yes Hayley loves her child so she would be sirebonded to her daughter. Dwayne's sirebond loyalty to the baby was a result of being free of werewolf transformations,.the sirebond storyline in the Vampires Diaries already told that story.

    Awesome episode!! Loved it. I didn´t read any spoilers and was so happy to see Rebekah back. Hope that she will be back at some point next year.
    I´m glad that Elijah, Hayley and Klaus have joint forces, it will be much more fun that way. I was not crazy about Davina´s character the last half of the season. Hopefully she will be a little more fun next season now that she has Michael under her control.
    I´m happy that Michael is back, but I hope this Ester story doesn´t turn into another "witch body jumping" story, because I hate those.

    The body jumping gets quite annoying after a while - in first it's a surprise, fun, but then it's just like repeating and repeating the same. I almost expect the doppelgangers come into the picture (which would made me throw the tv out of the window probably). I don't want to see new faces all the time, it's bad enough we always get multiple new characters, I want to have the original characters, not their copies. I feel cheated. (And disappointment is just around the corner.)

    broke my heart. I'm happy for Becca to take the baby but I really hoped to see more of the trio + the baby.


    + I'm not a fan of the whole body swap thing. I mean, I'm happy they are bringing more of the Mikealson family, but why wouldn't they bring them back in they original bodies? (yeah, I know, probably has to do with the actors, but well..) + bringing back the parents isn't that exciting. I would much more appreciate seeing all four of the Mikealsons children working together, rather than two brothers facing their parents (and Finn, but we all know he's useless).

    I wouldn't be surprised if they have her rapidly age a la Angel. they have already written in into the story that she is part witch/Vampire/werewolf, they would just say it was a defense mechanism or she cast a spell.

    Mikael knows the baby didn't die in the attack. They gotto keep him away from Esther. This way he doesn't reveal that information. I imagine he is not aware that Klaus hid the baby and faked her death.

    I loved that Davina/Mikael part. Interesting how Davina said all she wanted to do was punish Klaus. Looks like she doesn't want to kill him. When Carrie(resurrected witch name, correct?) how she will interact with Davina. Davina has Josh as her Vampire friend and Esther's objective is to kill all vampires.

    I loved how Klaus named the baby "Hope". I think Hayley is gonna like that. It looked like to me that she and Klaus have bonded. I like that. Klaus obviously cares for her and I am glad to see that she is gonna be a hybrid now. She will go living a youthful life until she is killed which I imagine Klaus/Elijah won't let happen. I am curious to see what powers that baby has.

    I cried like some hormonal teenager. I saw a few things coming but I was surprised by others. Overall they did a fantastic job on this finale.

    I don't remember Hayley hating hybrids but I could be wrong. I thought she set them all up to die just because she is a selfish woman and wanted information on her parents. I didn't like her on TVD so I'm sure next year being a hybrid she will be even worse.

    I think the reason why Finn came back cause Esther wanted him to. She know Kol isn't going to help her out at all and with his temper he will probably side with Klaus. Finn has always been the obedient one who even willingly sacrifice himself to get rid of vampires

    Awesome finale. But why do they have to make so much pain in this episode. This was probably the only bad finale that i have seen i very long time. Not because of something bad, but because of so much pain i just one episode.

    Idt they've "bonded" but I do think they've reached some type of understanding. But maybe we'll see more of their interactions next season. As for the baby...guess we'll know in about. 5 Or 6 years. Lol

    Mikael started feeding on vampire b/c he didn't like what he had become. He felt that humans were innocent, like Henrik, and it's a punishment for him but also to remind himself that he is not a monster.

    Holy crap, that episode was beyond amazing, loss at words!! Spend the last 10 min of the episode crying!!! Was wonderful seeing Rebekah!!! Can't wait for season 2!!!!

    She told Klaus in Season 4 that she would rather die than be turned into a hybrid which to me indicated she'd rather be dead than be a vampire. I guess that has changed now because of her daughter?

    Amazing surprise bring Rebekah for brief moment. I like the finale a lot, things are done perfectly fine for me, Hayley turn a hybrid was good surprise, her moments with the baby was great and same with Klaus and the little Hope (great name). The Originals is just amazing and bring Michael and Esther (I hope she claim her old body I like the actress who play her on TVD) back from the death was great idea.

    besides all the other awesome things about this finale, i think the most interesting one is: that someone from the other side was brought back to life - so it should work somehow at TVD right?! you know to save stefan, bonnie, (maybe even katherine?! ;) )

    I could totally see this end coming but I still loved every second of it. Joseph Morgan was very touching and I love that Klaus is reconciled with his "son" Marcel, even though it took a blood bath.
    However I'm not too convinced with the whole "their parents want to kill them again" plot, it kinda seems like they're going in circles.

    It seems like Mikeal can't get past killing Klaus to me, even though Davina would have been told she can' kill Klaus without Marcel dieing with him, but at least he is under some control though.

    Yeah that's why I tend to think they will use a spell or she will do it re-actively, but the main point being is somehow she will go from child to teen/young adult is a short time. I think its the only way to keep the "Hope" character relevant if/when they bring her back.

    That would be nice. They were right there in Mystic Falls. The originals family came from Europe 1000 years ago. At that time in North America, it would make sense for their to be Native America wolf tribes.

    I'm glad to see I'm not the only one, Haylay grow on me aswell. When I saw what monique did to her I cried in despair and every next scene just kept me crying, I was so sad.. like the scene about Elijah saying he let her in... T_T. Then when she was back I was so happy and relieve, I notices before that people complain about Phoebe Tolking poor acting, but for me she was great and I love her character and I don't want her to be kill or left the show. I love the beginning of the show, the Klaus-Haylay scene, but if she end with Elijah or Klaus I will be happy as well. The only thing that annoys me is Davina, I just to love her a lot and I was so down with her death, but now I think she's acting really stupid, I she doesn't change back I will be glad she gets kill.
