I waited so long for this to air. I finally habe a Tuesday night show and I get Eoin Macken on my t.v. again. Love all the other actors as well can't wait for more. Really didn't see the twist of TC dating the hospital psychologist, tjat qas a nice surprise.
I really only watched it out of the corner of my eye as I was working but I'm really getting tired of the "angry hospital administrator that constantly threatens to close down the hospital vs. the altruistic medical staff"...although I did enjoy the bit with Topher bartering for an MRI.
I liked TC and of course the main reason I was first going to watch the show Topher. Love that actor he always does the weird and different.
The angry Administrator at first was just bad, but we get to know he is more seems like he had the potential to be a doctor but could not because of medical reasons. He showed that he would like to save lives, but he can't so his negative behaviors will be the one most visible to us.
The rest of the cast was all standard. New interns, The ex,(hey Jill Flint now your here huh, Cool) the other doctors, nurses and a place to hang, so yea that's all fine.
Personally I will watch this show on wards till it canceled or till it ends. One things for sure, in the summer when there isn't much to watch you take what you get.
I liked it, even though both TC and the administrator are kind of cliche at this point (but then, I liked the backstory given to the admin by the end, nicely unexpected), and it took me 10 minutes to figure out that there were TWO different dark-haired female characters, because they were identical to me, but apart from that it has a lot of potential. Loved to see Ken Leung and Brendan Fehr!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I actually liked it a lot, much more than I expected to.
ReplyDeleteI liked it a lot and it looked like a lot of people on Twitter liked it too. It was actually the #1 trending topic on tvtag.

ReplyDeleteI liked it. I never care about any medical errors, or most cliché so none of that was noticed of bothered by me. As everything in life is already a cliché.

I hope it doesn't get cancelled it has potential because of a strong cast

ReplyDeleteJust watched it without looking at any promo's or anything. Was fun to watch :)
ReplyDeleteI don't usually like hospital ER shows, but this was interesting and shows what is really going on now at hospitals, cutting cost.
