    I'm so glad Amelia wants to stay. Here's hoping Caterina becomes a regular next season.


    I had more thoughts, but ABC stole them with all the renewals.

    Awwww at Owen asking Cristina to be with him until she leaves. OMFG at Derek's job offer. I'm scared of whatever it's going to be that keeps them in Seattle. I have to hand it to Derek, though, pointing out that Cristina wouldn't be there and that all the other resident from her year are already gone from SGM probably helped his case. And poor Murphy! Being told you basically suck at your job (even in the nicest way possible) had to hurt.

    I actually am very curious about how they will deal with the Meredith situation. I mean, she can't just not move to DC, can she? It's the best job opportunity Derek could ever hope for, and, IMO, I don't think it's fair to deny him that. There is no more Cristina holding Mer back, pretty much all her long term friends are moving on with their lives. Besides, she has a job offer in Washington. I seriously cannot imagine what will happen for them to give up on this.

    Dereks job offer took me by surprise! And the look on Mer's face was perfect.
    I'm glad Amelia wants to stay but I feel bad for James #goodfriesarehardtocomeby (but I also guess that means WAFFLES! *Didn't Jackson mention waffles in last weeks episode as well... hmmmm*)
    Poor Callie! (But can Arizona be preggers? Please?)
    What I don't get is that in season 7/8 when Meredith switched the drugs in the trial Bailey went all "I taught you better that", and now Bailey goes ahead and administers treatment without consent? WTF Bailey?
    And Bye-Bye Murphy! Will miss having someone to hate.

    Really good episode, although for a penultimate I was hoping for ... something a little more? At least it hasn't set up some crazy scenario for the final. Hopefully it will end on excellent character-driven storylines as opposed to freak storm/plane crash/gunman stories


    Amelia as a regular would be amazing! Hopefully she gets a proper chance to shine though as so far they're not using her potential (I realise it's not easy to do that in only 3 or 4 episodes at the end of a season, but it's not beyond reason)
