I have a small amount of interest in Constantine, but it looks like it could be super cheesy so I'm going to have to reserve judgement. It could have potential. The rest don't look all that good. Bad Judge has the potential to be funny, but that type of routine only works for so long before I tire of it. States of Affairs looks rather boring and I can't stand Katherine Heigl so I won't be tuning in there (anybody else get a Scandal ripoff vibe from this preview?) Only reason I would have to watch A to Z is Cristin Milioti otherwise it looks like any other comedy currently on the air. The Mysteries of Laura looks like the Vin Diesel movie The Pacifier AKA awful and Marry Me looks bland as can be.
If I had only seen the trailers without knowing other details I would be interested in none of these shows. TERRIBLE trailers.
That said, Constantine will be on my watch list for at least a few episodes. The rest are queuing up for Cancellation bear's post-hibernation all-it-can-eat buffet!
I'm interested in Constantine, even if that horror stuff scares the heck out of me. I like that they have humor in it. It'd be tiring for me to watch if it's too serious and dramatic.
I think I'll check out Bad Judge, and maybe Mysteries of Laura too, since I've liked both actresses in past work.
I didn't watch the Constantine trailer until the end because I was sold halfway through and especially because they fucking spoil the whole episode - I had seen the trailers for the other two dramas first.
Besides Marry Me and Constantine, the other seem incredibly dull :
- Katherine Heigl is just not believable in her role. Also, do I detect plastic surgery already? - Mysteries of Laura has such a tired premise. - Bad Judge is not funny but just stupid (though I smiled when Chris Parnell was on screen). - A & Z has a really nice shot where Cristin Miloti turns back in her silver dress, but her being pretty is not enough for me to check out a show. It seems very stereotypical, nothing original about it, just a basic romantic comedy (also, they dared giving the role of the stupid/childish best friend to someone other than the one and only Tyler Labine who perfected that role throughout his career, how dare they?).
Oh yeah NBC, fuck you once more: given that you whacked Community you might as well have given Parks & Recreation a full final season instead of a 13-episode, midseason run.
Constantine for sure. I absolutely love Hellblazer and I see no reason not to watch it since it' a 10 o'clock friday show.
I might check out A to Z mostly for Miloti, but it does look like good and I like the way they shoot it.
I don't like the look of Bad Judge so I probably won't watch it.
Marry Me could be either hit or miss but the peek gave me a chuckle so I'll check it out.
State of Affairs seems boring. I don't know if I'll give it a shot especially since it'll probably clash with Archer and Rick and Morty if FX and Cartoon Network keep them at the same time.

I actually intend to watch at least two eps of all these but Constantine is a definite hell yes, along with Marry Me. It looks like it's very similar to Happy Endings and Annie could be Penny in witness protection. State of Affairs is obviously inspired at least by Scandal but I may watch it... Who knows. A to Z looks cute but seems like it will be short lived. I'll probably enjoy it for however long it lasts.I'll give Bad Judge a shot as well.
1. Constantine 2. Marry Me 3. A to Z 4. State of Affairs 5. Bad Judge 6. Mysteries of Laura
I was really dissappinted at Bad Judge. The premise is so good, but the trailer didn't make me laugh once. I'm still gonna give it a try to all except for Mysteries of Laura.
Seems a bit odd to me though, I think of "sneak peeks" as being longer than trailers and promos as the generic term for either.... I would think these would be the trailers and the 3-5 minute promos were sneak peeks! XD
Well I wanted to check out Constantine when I first heard about it. But the clip kinda turned me off. I'll still check it out though. Marry Me, b/c I like both of the actors, and the clip was a little funny. My third will be The Mysteries of Laura. B/c I love Debra, and her little clairvoyance trick at the end surprised me. I like clairvoyant people.
The one I'll most likely sip all together is SoA. Other than that I think I'll give them all a look see. I am looking hope in Constantine with every little bit of footage that's coming out though....
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Once again only Constantine and Marry Me look good.
ReplyDeleteI can feel my obsession for Constantine building by the hour!
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the videos, but sneak peeks already? Whoa.
ReplyDeletePs.: nice try, NBC, but I still hate you for taking Community and Believe away. Boooo.
Give A to Z a try.
ReplyDeleteGeez. People really don't like Constantine's business cards. XD
ReplyDeleteMarry Me.....Hell Yeah love Casey Wilson and cant wait for Constantine too :)
ReplyDeleteBad Judge ... Not bad.
ReplyDeleteI'm only interested in Constantine and State of Affairs here.
ReplyDeleteI'll give them all a try, I'm just pissed at NBC. Still.
ReplyDeleteBad Judge Constantine The Mysteries of Laura only looks interesting to me
ReplyDeleteThere is potential in a lot of these I think.
ReplyDeleteBad Judge looks sooooo funny!
ReplyDeleteThey all look like cheap crap, to be honest. Including Constatine. And the networks even wonder why their audiences keep fleeing for cable.
ReplyDeleteoh im mingon la classe
ReplyDeletehahaha
ReplyDeletegood joob and nice
TOTALLY into Bad Judge!

These are sneak peeks. Trailers here www.spoilertv.com/2014/05/nbc-fall-shows-first-promos-us-only.html
ReplyDeleteI know! I'm very pleasantly surprised that NBC has sneak peaks available already.
ReplyDelete1. (Best so far) A to Z
ReplyDelete2. Constantine
3. Marry Me
4. Bad Judge
...
5. State of Affairs (Maybe i can give this a chance)
...
...
...
6. Laura (NO!)
They are surprisingly good looking so far. I did not expect to like any of them except maybe A to Z
same here
ReplyDeleteI'm checking out all of them, except maybe Marry Me but some I have more confidence in than others.
ReplyDeleteI'm hoping it doesn't bomb. It's got a really good plot.
ReplyDeleteConstantine and State of affairs i will be watching.
ReplyDeleteMarry Me and Constantine are now on my schedule.
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch the Constantine trailer until the end because I was sold halfway through and especially because they fucking spoil the whole episode - I had seen the trailers for the other two dramas first.

One advantage of being on a Friday is that ratings expectations won't be as much but its so hard to tell how a show is going to do, fingers crossed.
ReplyDeleteConstantine, Bad Judge & Marry Me.
ReplyDeleteWith Grimm coming before it, Constantine could draw all the Grimm viewers considering the similarities between the two shows
ReplyDeleteConstantine for sure. I absolutely love Hellblazer and I see no reason not to watch it since it' a 10 o'clock friday show.

Literally no interest in Mysteries of Laura
Marry Me and Constantine are now on my schedule.

If it averages 1.3 to 1.5, I think it will be renewed.
ReplyDeleteHey! What about Emerald City?
ReplyDeleteLets hope so, its definitely a good pairing.
ReplyDeleteIt feels silly to worry about ratings already but I do!
ReplyDeleteI actually intend to watch at least two eps of all these but Constantine is a definite hell yes, along with Marry Me. ReplyDeleteBest to worst IMO:
ReplyDelete1. Constantine
2. Marry Me
3. A to Z
4. State of Affairs
5. Bad Judge
6. Mysteries of Laura
I was really dissappinted at Bad Judge. The premise is so good, but the trailer didn't make me laugh once. I'm still gonna give it a try to all except for Mysteries of Laura.

Semantics...
Best to worst:
ReplyDelete1. Constantine
2. A to Z
3. State of Affairs
4. Marry Me
5. Bad Judge
6. Mysteries of Laura
Constantine for sure, then Marry Me and SoA due to the creatives behind each show will get a sample
ReplyDeleteWell I wanted to check out Constantine when I first heard about it. But the clip kinda turned me off. I'll still check it out though. Marry Me, b/c I like both of the actors, and the clip was a little funny. My third will be The Mysteries of Laura. B/c I love Debra, and her little clairvoyance trick at the end surprised me. ReplyDeleteFrom the trailers, i think only Constantine is worth watching..
ReplyDeleteMysteries of Laura looked awful on the trailer and the other four looked mediocre
I'm so excited for Constantine, A to Z & Marry Me look awesome! I'm really surprised by how awesome Constantine looks! Seriously good.
ReplyDeleteConstantine looks better than I thought! I doubt I would watch the Mysteries of Laura on a regular basis, but thought it was a cute clip.
ReplyDeleteI won't watch any of them.
ReplyDeleteState of Affairs looks interesting. Too bad people will dismiss it because of Heigl.
ReplyDeleteIt's not on the fall nor late fall/ early winter schedules. Probably a mid season (spring) or summer series.
ReplyDeleteConstantine and Marry Me for me !
ReplyDeleteermagherd state of affairs looks sick
ReplyDeletelets hope they do it right and not screw it up like NBC always does
The one I'll most likely sip all together is SoA.
ReplyDeleteOther than that I think I'll give them all a look see. I am looking hope in Constantine with every little bit of footage that's coming out though....
I'll check out A to Z, Bad Judge, Constantine, Marry Me and State of Affairs.
ReplyDeleteSo that's all of them besides Laura. I like NBC's selection this year, but I wish they renewed Community for a final season :(
State of Affair, Bad Judge, A TOZ looks inetresting, constantine i think i will skip it
ReplyDeleteThe Mysteries of Laura & States of Affairs
ReplyDeletemaybe A to Z, Bad Judge, Constantine
defently NO Marry Me looks bad
Just Constantine. The rest do not appeal at all.
ReplyDeletedear friends please watch this 4min trailer for state of affairs before you decide anything

Can someone from the SpoilerTV team add this?
Get me a burrito!
ReplyDeleteNow this is what I call a STRONG promo!
ReplyDeleteI suppose NBC has something good enough to face other shows with this 2015.
