    Theirs actually a rumor that Marvel is casting for the sequel already. So they seem to think it'll become popular (or at least...not Howard the Duck level).

    Zac Efron has been meeting with Marvel for an unknown role. The general theory is Nova in GOTG 2.

    Well, everything can backfire. Hoping for this to be successfull though, we simply don't have enough sci-fi heavy stuff in theatres nowadays. For some reason the sci-fi franchise got turned into a TV genre :/


    Interesting, Efron is an okay actor so I'm in for that :)

    Not sure if I want to see this or not, can any Marvel fans tell me if GOTG has any serious tones to it or is it just a comedy in space? Cos the trailer I saw made it seem that way.
    I love the Marvel movies and I am cheering for this one because a poster said below we don't have enough SiFi especially in space.

    I'm stoked for this film as the back half for Phase 2 has promise(unlike Iron Man 3 and The Dark World).

    All the backstories to the characters is serious, but it`s more of a actioncomedy superhero-movie than a "trying to be The Dark Knight"-movie. So it`s actully what`s Marvel is kinda doing already. But i'm glad Disney have diffrences with their Marvel-franchises.
