Wait is this a real movie? As in Batman literally vs Superman? That is the stupidest thing I've heard all year. Very very stupid.
ReplyDeletethere is actually BATMAN VS Superman in the comic books, when the Jocker kills Louis and Superman Seeking revenge goes and kill him while Batman is with him, and superman goes into a a I'm a god kind of thing and Batman has to put an end of it.
ReplyDeleteIt does get even dumber bruh: they rehired Zack Snyder after turning Superman into another Batman :D
ReplyDeleteAnd all people whine about is Ben Affleck being Batman, at least he still has time to prove himself. Snyder ruined Superman for me
I just find it hard to believe the very mortal Bruce Wayne can stop Superman. Without a cheesy plot twist. lol
ReplyDeleteThey never announced the official title, it's the unofficial one. People chose this tile because of a quote that was said in the last comic con in San Diego, which was related to a famous off-shoot comic book story written by Frank Miller about Batman fighting Superman.
ReplyDeleteAre you talking about Injustice?
ReplyDeleteyep that one, a friend told me about, so i dont know the full story
ReplyDeleteIf the leaks are to be believed, then in the movie Batman is building an army against Superman. Believing Superman to be too big a threat to ignore (thus Cyborg, Wonder Woman and possibly Aquaman are in the film). So it's more like Team Batman V Superman. With that team eventually becoming the Justice League.
ReplyDeletehe can always use kryptonite . lol
ReplyDeleteYeah, the story is about Superman turning into a dictator and Batman trying to stop him, but fails. It's the back-story for the game Injustice: Gods among us, which is also the tile of the comic book.
ReplyDeleteBatman has always been very...confrontational with Superman. I haven't really read the comics in years. Their personalities clash constantly. Batman seems to consider it his personal mission to keep Superman grounded, because Superman could become a real threat if he ever went bad, and Batman is always watching for that.
ReplyDeleteThese days they're more like frenemies than anything else. Batman is really damned determined to make sure that Superman knows that if he ever goes bad, humans would find a way to stop him. Honestly, I'm kind of annoyed by it, but whatever.
Bat-mobile looks like a blend of the tumbler and Arkham game style. We'll see tomorrow how it truly looks.
ReplyDeleteBatman and Superman fight all the time. A 60 year old Batman beat Superman in arguably the greatest comic book ever written (and they used a passage from it to announce this movie).
ReplyDeleteSuperman can be subdued, weakened, battered and depowered. And then there's Kryptonite.
After Bem Affleck's casting I'm kinda expecting the Bat-Mobile to look like this: http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-8FteXpPWc28/UIGLuZg1gUI/AAAAAAAAWJc/eWUBzjuG92w/s1600/xtreme-customz-batman-batmobile-toy-2.jpg
ReplyDeleteNah.
ReplyDeleteThis movie had a shooting script and was ready to go months before Gal Gadot was cast. These casting announcements have only occured since they delayed BvS, and have since announced that they're shooting Justice League right after it.
The rest of the Justice League is unlikely to feature prominently into this movie. It'll probably just be Bats.
it The Dark Knight return right? it actually 55 year old batman......just checked it on Wikipedia
ReplyDeleteThat's a little nitpicky, but yes, you are right.
