Great news! Tony Award winner Christian Borle is joining the season two cast of MASTERS OF SEX. He will recur in the guest starring role of Frank (Francis) Masters, William Masters’ brother (played by Michael Sheen). He joins an impressive list of previously announced guest stars for season two including Betsy Brandt, Sarah Silverman, Keke Palmer, Courtney B. Vance and Rene Auberjonois. We’re currently shooting season two in Los Angeles, and as a reminder Masters premieres on Sunday, July 13th at 10 p.m. ET/PT on SHOWTIME.
An accomplished actor of both stage and screen, Borle is best known to TV audiences for his roles in Smash, The Sound of Music Live! and The Good Wife. He has appeared in a number of major hit Broadway productions including Spamalot, Legally Blonde, Mary Poppins, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Jesus Christ Superstar and Peter and the Starcatcher, which earned him a Tony Award in 2012. He is a three-time Drama Desk Award nominee for his work in Spamalot, Legally Blonde and Peter and the Starcatcher, and received his first Tony nomination in 2007 for his role Legally Blonde.
